The store itself is nice, great selection and a lot of options. Although, I had a bizarre encounter when I came in wanting to order a bikini online. The girl checking me out was extremely quiet and not customer service oriented in the slightest, I could barely hear her and she seemed extremely timid. Not to mention she completely ordered me the wrong two items in my order and took 20 minutes to put together my information. Furthermore, she did not provide me with the 20%, because their “system” was unable apply it to online orders. I should just stick to online shopping because my experience was definitely worth not coming back to that location.

I’ve been to this store several times. The staff is always very attentive and helpful with finding what I need and informing me about new promotions. Although the store is big in size, the employees still manage to keep it clean, they always have great sales going on here and a good selection of everything. This Ardene is one of my favourite spots to shop.

I love shopping here! The store looks great, staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes it’s hard to find someone but they don’t seem to have many people working during the slow season. Also for reviews below about their hours, I worked retail and we would update it in our own program and it wouldn’t change in Google for some reason. And their hours are posted on the door…Sundays they open at 11. It’s only 10 during holiday hours like most places. They also don’t have access to the Google business account to be more on top of updating hours through google lol, so let’s give the store a break. I highly recommend this location! And it’s a quieter vibe for shopping which is really nice sometimes. I don’t feel rushed or squished like at malls. Plus they have a good selection of clearance right now!

Their Google maps hours said they close at 9pm. So I went around 840 after work, just to try out my size for footwear and potentially buy it. However, as soon as I entered, one of the associates screamed from one end saying the store is closing in 17 min. I told them timings are 9pm on maps and she said they don't control what's on Google maps. Well I tried updating as much as I knew, and didn't take me more than 5 min...I'm sure businesses can do that themselves too.

Got here at 10:13 on Sunday to buy a birthday present. Keyholder was just getting in for her shift that should’ve started clearly before 10am. It’s been almost 10 minutes and the doors are still locked… it’s not very professional. Show up to work on time and open the doors when the store actually opens.

Poor customer service, Products are good, Cashier and customer service representative at this location needs to be highly trained and educated how to treat their customers, read the policies online, despite of having a receipt and card present on it representative was not interested to help, in the middle of the conversation a girl at the cashier walked away which is rude, when I asked her name she said she isn't allowed to provide, Cashier should read the policy or check with the managers on floor, bought a product two days back from a different location when I came home I noticed I have not received the on going promotion which was buy 1 get 2nd 50% off, I spoke to cashier about it she said I cannot do price adjustment or return and re buy the product. Despite of having a receipt and having card on the file cashier refused to help. Please train cashiers and advise them how to treat their customers, its not what you say, its how you say.

This store is always VERY clean and laid out well. I'm always easily able to find what I'm looking for!The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even at the busiest of times. Good vibes here, would shop again!
