My friend bought a dryer paid $80 to have it delivered but it was not the size requested so didn't fit. The correct size that was in stock was $300 more and she was charged another delivery. Unit arrived and didn't work. Delivery took it back to store..they called and said it worked so it must be an electrical issue..My friend called Conestoga Electric and electrician came out nothing wrong with outlet or breaker box.. Scratch and Dent refuses to pay electrician bill and won't refund delivery. They only offered to take the unit back so they can resell it. Hope no one gets that unit!! What a Horrible stressfull experience

Tim is a great sales person!
Delivery was today and I have only the best to say about the two young men who installed the machines. They were kind, helpful, very pleasant and just a pleasure to deal with.
They made the whole experience seamless and just really great.

Over multiple years we have successfully dealt with this fine institution. They are exceptionally consistent on the level of service and provide great deals on scratch and dent products. There are times you can't figure why the products are even there as scratch and dent. They are friendly and eager to help in answering any questions you may have. We would totally recommend them to anyone.

I was lucky enough to get a freezer with both a scratch AND a dent. Some were with one or the other. Joking aside, my new freezer is perfect. It's in new condition on the inside and for a basement freezer it's exactly what we needed.

Very nice and knowledgeable people with a decent amount of inventory. No pressure sales, but gave us warranty options that they had available. We have purchased from them in the past and have never been disappointed.

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Because of my experience with this business, I have become a repeat customer.

Tim, at this place, is the drawing card. He devotes time, patience and energy in dealing with questions. He goes through dealing with clients as though he is also a client, asking pertinent and highly relevant questions. He takes his time in answering these self-raised, critical questions.
The prices if appliances are truly unbeatable and unbelievable. What a place to shop!
The experience with Tim is one to be enjoyed, especially so, given his ebullient
sense of humour.
