A clean and well lit building, with a friendly and wonderfully helpful staff.
Twice I had complicated rental needs and they went the extra steps to make sure my experience was excellent.

CLEAN TIDY SND WELL ORGANIZED. IN COMPARISON TO WHERE I ORIGINALLY STORED AT THE OTTAWA STREET LOCATION, I WENT TO THE OVERLAND DRIVE LOCATION, AND WAS LIKE GOING FROM A 3 STAR HOTEL TO A 10 STAR HOTEL.
