Bought a Denon bookshelf stereo system at 2001 Audio. Shawn couldn't have been more helpful and curtious. The system is incredible. Hooked up a powered subwoofer to it for mind blowing sound. So if you want a compact big sounding system, get the Denon and be sure to hook up a subwoofer.

Purchased a 75" Samsung tv UN75AU8000FX. Unfortunately right at 1 year warranty the TV has a large burnt out section on it. The warranty is one year and this was notice at the 1 year, 3 day mark. Went to the store on day 4 to see what can be done and the staff were friendly but advised they cannot do anything but to call Samsung as they may be able to help as it was so close to warranty expiry date. Called Samsung, but they said there is nothing they can do but gave me a number for a repair service but I'll be charged for the service call and repair so very disappointed. I should have purchased the TV from Costco who had the same TV and offers a 2 year warranty instead of 1. Lesson learned. Don't support local Canadian companies if they cannot match the warranty available from other stores. This will be my last Samsung product and I recommend purchasing you electronics from Costco when the same product is available for the same price to get double the warranty.Update - next day (5 days out of warranty) tv became complete usable and completely burnt out. The remote still has the factory batteries which tells you how limited the TV lasted. Really disappointed I'm having buy another TV so soon

Just bought a pair of KEF LS50 Metas from Shawn (Sean? Sp?) at the Kitchener 2001 Audio Video. What a helpful, honest, straightforward person. Super friendly and absolutely no sales pressure was applied. He “gets” what Customer Service is. I will be going back for certain when needing / wanting a new piece of electronics.

I couldn't say enough good things about these guys. Beautiful store, great inventory, and serious knowledge. Friendly and easy going. Parking right at the door. I had an old turntable and sound system that was acting up - they had the right cartridge for it, then diagnosed another problem free of charge, and put it to rights. Took the time to explain everything in an unhurried way. No pressure. No attitude. And they have everything. Thank you Shawn and Skyler! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I ordered something online which had a slight issue. Anthony called me and made it right and then some! Then I ended up picking up my purchase at the store and it was an awesome experience. I will be back for sure.

The guys and pricing here is 10 stars. BUT finding this place via google search gives it a 4 star. I’ve been looking for Klipsch speakers and deals for awhile and not once did 2001 audio come up. I just happened to be in the area of the business looking for a restaurant and looked at the map and saw them. Went to their site and saw they carried Klipsch. Very happy with instore experience. Wish they also carried more Center speakers in house. Very happy with my purchase and certainly will visit them again for next purchase.

I recently conducted a transaction at 2001 Audio/Video here in Kitchener and as always I was thoroughly impressed!Shawn and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions with ease.I’m not very technically advanced and often struggle to find the correct terminology but everyone is there to help and I never feel out of placeI’m sure there are other stores out there but for me it comes down to service and I couldn’t be more satisfied with these guys.I’ve been going to these guys for years…always my go-to.Without question I highly recommend 2001 Audio/Video Kitchener for all your Home Theatre needs.Thanks Again-RF
