This location is large, and we were so pleasantly surprised to see how much they have to offer. They have everything you need from a pharmacy, with all the essentials, but they also carry an extensive gift section. By extensive, I mean, they have something for everyone. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the pharmacy delivers. If you have kids, they'll love the toy department. There is a HUGE area filled with toys. It's a great one-stop shop for snacks, your prescriptions, finding a gift, and so much more! Will always go to IDA's from now on, wherever I go.

I needed iron supplements and compression stockings today, so my first stop in the store was the pharmacy. They didn't have the dose I needed but the pharmacist pulled out his calculator and hooked me up with liquid iron and a syringe and advised of the correct measurement in mL. Then I went to inquire about compression stockings which I needed quickly, but didn't realize they were a special order item with a 2+ week lead time. Jody took the time to look at their in-stock inventory with no luck, and then she Googled places I might be able to check. Then as I was walking out, she tracked me down because she had found a pair in her inventory after all (plus they were on sale)! Already so super happy with the outstanding service, I saw the cutest little kids' patio table set on display on my way out - perfect for my nieces! - so the store cashier took the time to find someone to help me, and yet another awesome store representative came and packaged it all up for me and carried it up to the counter! What an excellent experience at IDA in Kingsville all the way around. 10 stars out of 5. Thank you, all! :)

Excellent location to purchase medical supplies. The customer service was impeccable and the prices we excellent!!!We found them very helpful in assisting us to pick out a chair for my father inlaw and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Although they are 45 minutes away from where we live, we will continue to make the drive for their exceptional customer service and price point of their products. We highly recommend IDA for all you medical needs and or personal shopping as they offer a wide selection of products.

Huge store! Came for home health items and got great help from Robert. Very friendly and helpful. Must visit again again soon to explore all the gifts and knick knacks on the other side of the store

Small-town feel store with friendly staff. I've had the pharmacy help out with a few days' worth when doctor doesn't respond to refill renewal for prescription in time.

The pharmacists in this IDA are very precise and diligent. They've caught doctor's prescription mistakes more than once. I'm very grateful for all the help they've given my family. I've already convinced two more family members to swap to this pharmacy because of how good they are. In fact, the whole staff at this location are very friendly and welcoming, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The people at IDA always go the extra mile! I continue to have my expectations exceeded every interaction, and they treat customers very well. They are friendly, professional, and courteous. The shop is full of excellent gifts, a baby section, books magazines, clothing, etc and personal items, as well as a home health section for medical needs like bandages, crutches, knee braces, and they're always so helpful! They not only go out of their way, they THINK NOTHING OF IT. It's like 2ND nature to them to go the extra mile. The pharmacy is always busy but they take time to explain everything carefully, I'll always stay loyal to Kingsville IDA bc it feels like a neighbourhood pharmacy rather than a huge impersonal franchise chain. The delivery people have gone the extra mile countless times and WE ARE ALWAYS SO GRATEFUL! THANK YOU Kingsville IDA☀️

I enjoy going to Kingsville IDA for my prescriptions. They're great at letting me know when my prescriptions are ready. I like the unique items they sell, there's always something new to check out. Great place for last minute gifts!
