“Went in with my daughter for a sizing as she was struggling with bras she had purchased from another store in the same mall.
We were met with immediate warmness. They put my daughter right at ease and she felt so comfortable. She was assisted in finding our her correct size which was substantially different than the one she wss given from thr other store.
The torrid staff assisted my daughter in trying on a few bras, but suggested ordering from their website for her size. The let her know of she ordered a store pick up it would be free and she could ensure a proper fit.
The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, kind snd also just beyond lovely. All of the staff assited in helping my daughter.
Following their advice, we purchased bras from their website and cannot wait for them to arrive at the store.
Thank you to the staff at this location, for being so helpful, knowledgeable and for helping my daughter into a more supported and less painful bra experience.

“Lori was very attentive to my requests and to my time while assisting me. She was able to hold and keep a (faux fur silver fox cropped) coat behind the counter until I returned to the store. I had seen it online, fell in love with it and knew that I had to have it for the gala in Toronto that I was attending the very next day.
When I did return later the same day, she assisted me by name which was very customer service oriented! She also assisted me in selecting a matching clutch and some jewelry to go with it. The clutch was stunning. And when I told her that I was hypoallergenic and have very sensitive skin and that I have to be careful with jewelry, she was very helpful to me. She told me that the jewelry was nickle free and that no one had returned any jewelry for allergy purposes which was excellent to hear so I purchased a necklace and I had no issues with waring it.
Ladies you must shop here at this location. I recommend that you ask for Lori, and I would check out this fabulous coat because it's that special.

My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. “I went to this location on November 11th to look for a winter jacket. I found what I wanted at a great price but it wasn't available in my size. I asked if any more were available. The staff were very helpful and when they were unable to find my size ordered it online for me. It arrived a couple of days later and is exactly what I wanted!”
“I recently had to get fitted for a suit at RW & Co in their Kingston location inside the Cataraqui Mall. after not wearing one in over a decade. With an important interview just two days away, I was anxious about finding something that would fit well on such short notice, not to mention my concerns about the cost.
From the moment I walked in, Shirley, a customer service associate, approached me as I browsed the navy suits. I explained my situation and that I had no idea what my measurements were. Without hesitation, she immediately sized me up for a jacket, and unbelievably, the first one she picked out fit me perfectly. She did the same with the pants and a button-down shirt. In less than five minutes, I was fitted in the best suit I’ve ever owned.
Shirley was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and encouraging about my upcoming interview. To top it off, she applied multiple discounts, bringing my bill down by nearly half.

“There was this pair of ultraboost that I wanted to get from a few years back. I was busy with work and didn't have a chance to go back to the mall for 2 months. When I finally did, they were gone. I checked the Adidas website, and nothing.
I'm so glad we stopped here to charge the car. As I found the shoes I have been looking for, and they were available in every single size. Not to mention, they were on a crazy sale for $90 a pair. The original price on ultra boost shoes are around $250 each. So needless to say, I was super happy about this.”

She just confirmed our daughters dress size and directed us to the dress racks that had that size. She was super accommodating and did not push us into buying any dress. Instead kept encouraging us to try on as many dresses as possible and to check out other local stores to make sure that we were satisfied with our choice. “I bought a fabulous black leather short jacket, which feels like it was made for me. My girlfriend purchased the same style, but in a flattering brown colour.
Our salesperson, greeted us in a very polite and positive manner. She explained to each of us the details of the discounts for that day.
She was most helpful when we were checking out our items. She walked us through the steps to do on our phones, to ensure we got a discount on our next visit to the store. I have never had an unpleasant shopping experience at this particular store.”
