We needed new phones so we went to see Nicholas. He was so helpful with switching over service providers and getting us the phones we wanted. It was nice to just tell him what we needed and he looked after it all! When the screen needed to be replaced on one of the phones from being dropped, he made the process super easy. Nicholas is very knowledgeable on product and service providers. Great customer service as well!
