Got banned for no reason. Me and 3 others walked in as a group. About 10 min into trying stuff on we were all told to leave and not return, reason cited: “loss prevention”. We were not being loud or rowdy. Great customer service!

Nice store with friendly staff. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get around with a stroller. Staff did not know how to operate the elevator, when they found someone who did it was very cumbersome. We ended up just carrying our stroller upstairs and back down.

I came in after a really hot shift in the kitchen and just wanted to buy a fresh T-shirt so I wasn't dying walking down princess. Nobody in the store asked me if I needed help and all the T-shirts I could find were $60+ and not even in my size. This company is dreaming. I got one from The Toucan instead for like $20 and a smile and a beer.

I stopped into the Kingston store on my way home and it was a very nice store. As I was brousing around a girl by the name of Brittany asked if she could help me find anything. I said I was just looking around but then found a pair of jeans I really liked and asked if I could try them on and Brittany showed me to the dressing room and said if you need different sizing just ask I'll hang around within ear shot. Well I ended up buying the jeans. She was very polite and not pushy like alot of sales ppl. I will definitely go back to buy from the Kingston store again.. . Very nice girls work there.
