There wasn't any paper outside to get the receipt.
When I was in the receipt was already printed for me I did not even have to ask.

The big blonde ignorant lady you have working here should be taught how to properly serve your customers. While I'm about to pay at the cash register, I was asked if I would be sitting in my parking spot much longer, I looked up at her all confused wondering if she actually just asked me that, and so I asked her why, and she said because she can't see the pumps.... ? **so first off --> I don't know what gas station doesn't have a screen in front of them with cameras pointed at each pump & secondly --> there are no parking signs with specified time limits.
I didn't think I would be getting told I need to leave a parking spot while im inside the store about to PAY for my things. I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER who shouldn't be getting told not to park in a designated parking spot!!
Yes, I did sit in my vehicle for about 20 minutes before coming in ONLY because I was sorting out my card issues before coming into the store to USE that card... and to come in and have her be so rude about me being parked somewhere I'm totally allowed to be parked at made me not even want to buy my stuff there and go somewhere else. Just a straight up ignorant witch! I'm not sure if this lady understands why each pump has a number on it, but maybe she could be told that this is a better way to help identify which pump the customers have used if in fact there is no screen in front of her that shows all the pumps.
It annoys me that I have to waste time to write a bad review because of someone being so incompetent at their job. I will be writing further up just because of how rude she was, and there was absolutely no need for it. I have also scrolled through your reviews and noticed that I'm not the only one who has a complaint with this particular lady.
I know this sounds petty, but I should have sat in that parking spot for another 20 minutes.

I have tried and I have tried, but this place on Bath Rd in Kingston is an absolute dump! Half the pumps never work. Pay at the pump hardly ever works. Potholes everywhere. Never any paper towels in the dispensers. Filthy washroom. They leave all the lights on for the pumps and the sign with the amount per litre, even when the pumps are closed. I have pulled in at 10:30 at night several times gotten out of my vehicle to get gas because everything is lit up and there is No Gas. The convenience store is open but the staff there are typically rude and ignorant. I am done with this place! I also agree with Emily P. The same woman was very rude to me when I mentioned that one of the self serve car wash bays had very little pressure. Typically Ultramars are nice stations but this one is unbelievably bad!

The chubby blonde cashier said verbatim “Energy aren’t carbonated” when I was trying to make an exchange for unopened; still cold energy drinks. I bought 6-8 Rockstars at a time here and won’t be returning again, especially after voicing my frustration to the employees/owners; I was just laughed at on my way out the door. Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could :)

Be careful when paying, their system "freezes" and they make you double pay. Promise you they will refund you if there is an issue then when you try to get a refund they say take it up with your bank or CC and dispute the charges as they won't do a refund. So you are out that money for at least 2 weeks.
