I arrived in poor emotional state, feeling urgent. Tyler responded with calm, clearly explained my choices, and managed to make the significant repair as fast as possible, enabling me to catch the ferry I needed. He even sent a courteous note to my volunteer driver for use of his phone number to send me messages. I am very grateful

My wife brought in her phone to be fixed, and we walked in and out. They have a very knowledgeable staff, and do not speak condescendingly. If you want friendly service and a quick fix, I recommend!

My wife accidentally dropped her generation 6 Ipad on the hard tile floor in our kitchen. The screen shattered but the ipad was still fully functioning. I dropped off the ipad for a screen replacement on Saturday (early afternoon). It was ready for pickup that evening. Great (affordable) service from a wonderful staff. I HIGHLY recommend Mobile Klinik Kingston West End. Thank you. PS. My wife was thrilled with the protective cover you suggested. :-)

Brought in a PS5 in pretty rough shape. Was fully expecting it to be a write off, or too expensive to bother fixing. The techs called me as promised after a couple of days, and I found the price very reasonable for what needed to be done. I also greatly appreciated their integrity, because they didn’t overcharge me, or exaggerate the damage done to the machine. The machine works well now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

Tyler was amazing from the initial phone call to see how long it would take to replace the screen on my phone. Gave me the price in total and was very helpful and polite. I went in to drop off my phone. (it's been years since I've had to bring one of my devices to be replaced) Tyler walked me through the entire process and was amazing with explaining how they do it and showed me the parts that I was paying for. Definitely not cheap; BUT so worth it when I went to pick it back up. I walked in and was greeted with extremely positive energy and was handed my repaired device and was so happy that it was finally fixed. Thank you Tyler and team!

I have been having trouble with my iPad. I had to be in Kingston today so I took my IPad along hoping to get the battery changed. When I called I was told it was very busy and it was doubtful it would be done today. I replied that I was from out of town and couldn’t leave my IPad behind. I was then told that a tech could be pulled of a job in order to replace my battery, but that there would be an extra charge for the rush job. I agreed to pay the extra and dropped my device off. It was explained in detail what was involved as well as any possible complications that might arise. I left to go my various appointments. Within two hours I received a call telling me my IPad was ready to go. Perfect ! I was just finishing up my errands. I got back to the shop and guess what ? I was charged the regular amount - no surcharge ! What a nice surprise !Additionally, I want to relate how pleasant and informative the tech was. LUCKY DAY!!!Polite and prompt...issues with ASUS laptop/ win 11 not loading to windows. Keyboard clicked the problem away and had it running in 10 minutes. NO CHARGE!!!!! so I left a great review maybe I should buy a lotto ticket. I didn't think this service exists anymore. I love this place. (2nd time customer)
