Stopped in to see if they could fix my watch and the lady who greeted me was very kind, quickly was able to give me a fix and didn't charge me for their time or service. Thumbs up for me!

Went to repair my phone, which is under warranty. They kept pushing me to send it to the company warehouse instead of fixing them,which takes like 5-6 business days, and they can get done on the same day. So I asked them that I preferred getting it fixed here. They told me that they needed to order parts from the company. I kept calling every week, but they kept saying that part had not been received. After 1 month of waiting and not getting any call back from them, I had to send my phone to the company warehouse and fix it there.I would never recommend going to this location.

Don't buy a phone from this company!!! My used iPhone stopped working after just 3 months, and they didn't honour their warranty. They claimed someone had opened the phone, and that there was liquid damage, neither of which happened. If you buy from them, consider that your warranty is worthless.

Honestly, they were amazing. As a samsung user, finding good repair in Kingston is tough but they knew my phone's problem immediately. They were gentle with and charged me almost next to nothing. Will be a loyal customer after this.Also, accessible and inclusive store and service staff

Once again, the service at MK was great. We went in with a problem with the inserting end of an adapter. Our guy spent about 10 minutes trying to clear the blockage but no luck. No sales pitch or charge for the service. Love this place and the folks at the counter. Thank you.

Great experience here. My iPhone was being finicky to get the charging cord to charge the phone. I brought it in, they cleaned the charger port and ran a diagnostic test of the charging circuit. They handed the phone back no charge and it’s been charging no problem since then.

The Mobile Klinik did a great job at fixing my phone on more than one occasion for a fair price. The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. They were alao super quick. I came in an hour or two before closing and I got my phone fixed that day while other places have kept my phone for days. I couldn't be happier with the service.
