The majority of the associates are poorly trained at the location in Kingston. Only one young woman helps the customers while the others try to make themselves look busy and avoid communicating with the customers. They won’t make eye contact, even when you ask for help.I feel awful for the one associate that is the strong worker having to recognize that the rest of the staff sucks.You need a better Manager if they are unaware that the way they trained the associates is terrible.

An employee named Tola Agunbiade helped me last Christmas at The Shoe Company in Whitby. I found out today that he also had an affair with my girlfriend. This man is a dirty cheating liar. I don't ever plan on shopping here again.

I went into the store with a link on my phone to their web site. The young girl at the cash register was very helpful. I brought up the link with a photo of the shoe I was there to purchase for a Xmas gift. She looked it up on her computer and found that it was in stock in the store and went and found the shoe. It was so nice not to go hunting for it. I was in and out of the store in no time with my purchase in hand. That young lady is a keeper.

I’m extremely disappointed , I had something in mind to purchase , and use my points , to find out my points expired .If your going to have a points account , then perhaps you should inform customers that they expire at time of purchasing a item . I also noticed new staff aboard , and not at all helpful very disappointing

Update your hours. Sundays are supposed to be open until 6. I came at 4:58 and i was told by people inside behind locked doors they were closed.

Very small sizes. Nothing in my size. Not everyone has tiny feet.Very disappointed. Went downtown to Beckers and bought 3 pairs.You need to do better.
