Tried calling the Cat mall Telus multiple times… nothing. Decided to call Telus on gardiners rd… somebody from the cat mall Telus answered? Like what?
I called to talk to somebody about getting a phone replacement. I talked to a woman who was very condescending and made me feel like I should know the answers to my own questions. Listen Lady.. I’m not getting paid to do your job so maybe stop making people feel like they are idiots…. As she proceeds to laugh. What a waste of time.

Most of the time the staffs are friendly, others' not so. Was by today to just quickly place my phone in the charging case since I was down to a low charge, the staff (guy) that assisted me just gave me a weird look. It was just a little unpleasant visit today with the people that were working this morning/early afternoons.

We were given conflicting information over the phone and in-person, which ended up costing us over $600. These employees obviously don’t have enough knowledge on Telus’ policies and procedures as they are currently providing incredibly misleading information to their customers. Thankfully, we are now officially done with Telus and will NEVER be returning for services after years of mistreatment. So much for loyalty…

Absolute above and beyond service from Elias (elyus? Spelling...sorry!!!). He is one of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met in retail. Ended up saving my husband and I money, which was a bonus. Because of his transparency and overall nature, we will always reccomend this location.

I had terrific customer service from Brandon today! I was transitioning from an old phone to a new one and had a few questions. He was highly personable and equally skillful. He made sure I understood the reasons for the glitches I encountered. I wish that I had him on speed dial. Thanks Brandon!

I was in at the mall to get some stuff done with my phone and i ran into Abby who i had met over at rogers a year ago it seems like telus knows good customer service and excellent knowledge because she made the process quick and going in there effortless she knows more about her industry then most people twice her age shes laid back and so easy to talk to im glad my wife was with me or i might have fallen in love highly recommend
