Went into your store at the Rio Centre Kingston because I saw a bed online that I wanted to buy. 5 people in the store 2 ladies and 3 men. Keep in mind, I was the only customer in the store. Not one of those 5 individual said can I help you, or even acknowledged my presence even when I stood by the bed I waited for like 2 mins. No one came up to me to say anything. It's bad really bad. I will go buy my bed at Wayfair. It's okay

Amazing customer service! I lost screws from a discontinued chair and they went over and above to help me out and saved my dinner party. Highly recommend!!!

Ordered some acacia furniture, some chairs as well as some art. All pieces were well priced and they have all lasted so far! I really like the Structube pieces' look as a whole and price point, and so far quality has been great. Issue occured with sideboard which was dealt with efficiently.Shipping delays was not the store's fault...the assembly lines were greatly affected the past few years. Really happy to have this store in Kingston and hopefully it stays here for a long time.

Beware!!!If it is not in stock,you will be waiting for a container from overseas.We have been waiting 12 wks now and it has still not been delivered at Montreal docks!!!!

The one star is for the customer service, which was great.However, the actual furniture from this store is NOT quality as they advertise. Nothing I purchased even lasted a year without breaking in some way. Everything looks beautiful and high quality online, but what I purchased was not at all sturdy or high quality.I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but I do think in this case, it’s important to say something because this company really needs to reevaluate the quality of products that they’re selling versus the price point. Not worth it and will never purchase from Structube again.

I bought a coffee table and it was very easy to assemble. Only had to add the legs. I think the one I received looks even better than store model.

Don’t order from Structube. Every single item we’ve gotten from them has been slightly damaged in some way and it is a nightmare to try and get exchanged. Why is everything slightly damaged? It isnt from delivery, it’s all little manufacturing shoddy work. Their customer support is reluctant to help or acknowledge defects. Will not be ordering from them again

I placed an order at structube here in Kingston and was assured twice (once on the phone, and again in person) that my item would be delivered by a day about a week away. Sales person assured me it was in stock in the warehouse and would be no problem. Delivery day approaches- I was given a specific date, and I have yet to hear from the delivery company. I reach out to structube to confirm order status and am informed it won't be delivered for another 3-4 weeks. No reasoning provided, there was zero apology for misinformation provided multiple times, no communication that anything had changed, and no attempt to rectify the situation. Not even an acknowledgement. Poor customer service and I would advise people to go elsewhere with their business. For the cost of products, your money would be better spent somewhere else.

I purchased a couch of which I received and within a month fabric was completely pilled and when I tried to contact them though it was during Covid I got no response. When I finally did get through somebody they said it was too late and not part of the warranty I was even willing to buy of a couch that was leather so not to have the issue of the fabric which was so much more expensive but not much more expensive than what I already got. By doing this they have lost a customer and I am going to tell anybody who will listen with their customer service is actually like.
