Today, when I visited the store, I was fortunate to be assisted by Spencer, who provided outstanding service during my formal suit selection. His insightful suggestions, coupled with his friendly approach, greatly enhanced my shopping experience. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking expert guidance and a pleasant experience.

I was thinking it will take us weeks until we find the right suit for my now husband to wear on our wedding day.. but boy was I surprised and happy to come to this store and meet Lindsay. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, attentive, and has great customer service. We told her what color and style we were looking for and she immediately found us what we were looking for and she also knew the size that would fit him. It was very impressive. It was the fastest purchase we have ever made!She ordered the full 3-piece suit from another store with the right size and it delivered so fast. We didn't need any alterations except for hemming to the pants which they did very quickly as well. We purchased the shirt, tie, pocket napkin, belt, shoes, and the 3-piece suit from them (total $743 tax included), and Lindsay was helping us both times we went there.Highly recommend them. We got so many compliments on the outfit and how it was well put together!

Went to Stars last night August 16th. Having 2 days until my Wedding everywhere else was Unwilling to help got called fat in other words at TipTop Tailors and Hudson bay, but not here not only was he willing to try anything to help me he balanced helping 2 other people with their needs at the same time! Thank you so much for your service, i will be telling everyone how good this place is.

Great place to purchase formal wear. Alan was great, knowledge and very helpful in picking out the suit and matching shirt & tie. They even do tailoring and it's not too expensive. I'd shop here again without a doubt!

HIGHLY recommend!! Great service and KNOWLEDGE. That was key for me as other places in the Cat. centre lacked in that……..Alan knew my fit by just looking at me and it didn’t disappoint either. They covered all bases with no second guessing. 10/10

Went into a competitor's store, walked around for 10 minutes without any employees approaching me. Was looking for something fairly specific and did not see it in their store. Went into Stars and was instantly greeted. Ended up spending 500 dollars on a vest shirt shoes and tie solely because of the customer service.As a sales professional myself, I was pleased with my experience. Recommend!
