I ordered a dragon fruit drink and I asked SPECIFICALLY FOR NO ICE and the lady that took my order totally ignored it. The drink is 80% of ice like it's a total ripoff.

Slowest service of any Starbucks. It’s as though the employees have no sense of urgency or need to expedite, blatantly moving at a glacial pace. It should not take 20 minutes to order and receive a coffee. Priority is always given to mobile orders instead of patrons in-house. The only saving grace is that majority of the employees have a kind and warm disposition, but they need to work faster. It’s unacceptable.

There were about 8 employees, waited for my drink for 15+ minutes and it was not at all the drink I ordered, they specifically asked me if I wanted whipped cream I said yes and they didn’t do it. I only noticed this after I had walked away but do better.

In general, the service is terrible. Orders are wrong half of the time, they are always out of options and they are very slow. I would not recommend.

the new guy is so incompetent it’s crazy someone teach bro how to write an order down. also the coffee is terrible, how do u mess up starbucks coffee that bad?? worst location ever!

This is the most consistent amazing customer service I have ever experienced. All of the staff are friendly, especially Ashley. She always remembers my name and asks about my day or follows up on things I have told her last time. The rare times I have had mistakes in my order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. Amazing people!

Good standard starbucks, very limited seating area but otherwise it's exactly what you expect. They take order ahead.
