“Excellent experience. I can highly recommend them. I had some issues with hiking shoes I bought last year. I could not find the receipt anymore so I presumed I was out of luck. But Trailhead went out of their way to figure out when I bought them and immediately put in a warranty claim. I then purchased a new pair of boots. When I tried them the next day and I was not fully satisfied with the fit and realized I had made a mistake. I went back and it was no problem to return them. The overall experience is so much better than you run of the mill big box stores. They are not more expensive and in fact add value to your purchase by giving you a wider selection, expert advice and personal attention.”

“I have narrow feet and dread shopping for footwear. Stores carrying "narrow" running shoes is a challenge. Service and choice was excellent. Staff took the time to fully measure/assess my feet to recommend the type that would suit best and I actually had a 'choice'! of narrow ones to choose from. Happily drive from to Kingston (from Ottawa) again when I need new ones! Thank You!”

“Upon multiple visits to the store now selection and prices are usually very good. Some staff members I have seen a couple times a mind they always ask to help, probably the managers. Others dont as much. Unless you ask them for something, then they are usually happy to help. Overall the store is great for casual and athletic clothing. This is a store that NEEDS a location in Belleville!”

“We went to Play It Again Sports to purchase an item needed for “a new sport." The store had a steady stream of customers, and their representative was busy attending to them. The customer service we received is the definition of what customer service should be. Zack is confident in his job, knows what he’s doing and does it with ease. He asked the right questions, listened, and gave us options from start to finish. The item was the right price? and cut to proper height. Zack taught my little teammate how to tape without waste and gave other tips and tricks. We also purchased other items while we waited.While typing this review, my little teammate mentioned that he's the kid you want to work with; he helps the business with his amazing customer service and will have customers return. “WOW, where do I start!!?? Today on my day off I was looking to stop at Golf Town before my round. I was greeted with open arms upon my arrival. It felt as if all my worries in life were lifted. When I started my search for the items I was visiting for, a nice young man came up to me and asked if he could aid me in my search. I agreed. He then began to show me multiple items that were on sale and it made the shopping experience like no other. His knowledge of every aspect of the store and items was most impressive. All the staff made it such an easy process and an enjoyable one.This store has come a long way and every time I visit, their level of customer service seems to get better and better with every time I come in. So, thank you to the very handsome young man that made my visit a walk in the park and to the very friendly customer service staff at the front of the store. Way to go Golf Town Kingston!
