This is my second purchase from this location. I am super happy with our first purchase and now we are back for our second purchase. Carter and Stacey, so nice, so helpful and not overbearing salespeople. Great experience all around. Thanks Sleep Country team Stacey and Carter.

Disappointed and will look elsewhere next time we need a mattress. Our first purchase was the Bloom Cloud mattress which had to be replaced multiple times under warranty due to manufacturing issues. We decided to spend a lot of money on a Tempurpedic mattress with assurance that we would be looked after even if this did not suit our needs given our warranty issues from the past, only to find out that this was not true. We were told to stick it out because it takes a while to get used to sleeping on a Tempurpedic, and with that exceeded the 100 day exchange policy. Sales folks will tell you one thing in the store to secure the sale, and another when you actually have to deal with Customer Support outside of the store. We now have a $5000 mattress that continues to cause back pain and sleepless nights. Shame on you and never again, Sleep Country.

Jill deserves employee of the year! Upon our first visit she answered our multitude of questions and then wrote down all of the information and pricing on SIX different pieces to ensure we had all the information needed to make our decision, she left us alone for an appropriate amount of time to lie on each of the options we were trialing but checked in enough to answer more questions, she never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Then upon returning weeks later to complete our purchase she remembered us and congratulated us on our wedding and after technical issues with our (many) gift cards from our wedding she worked for nearly 25 minutes to make sure they were all applied properly to ensure we got to use our gifts!We are so excited to receive our new bed, thanks Jill!

My experience with SleepCountry was a complete nightmare. I was excited to buy a Queen mattress from them and double-checked the dimensions with the salesperson, who assured me it was the standard (60” x 80” ) Queen size. I placed the order over the phone, confirming the dimensions again, and got the same assurance.But when the mattress arrived, it was leaving around 2” gap between the mattress and my bed frame. I measured the mattress and found it was around 58” X 78”. It was frustrating. I contacted their customer service, and they agreed to send a replacement after I sent photos and videos as proof. To my disbelief, the second mattress had the same issue.I informed customer service again and their customer agent dismissed my concern this time, saying mattress dimensions can vary, but they never mentioned this on their website or during my inquiries. The agent even blamed me for not asking about size variances before purchase, which was absolutely unfair.To add to the frustration, the agent tried to justify their mistake by comparing it to how cabin space in a car can vary. This comparison was completely irrelevant and only further highlighted their lack of accountability and understanding of the issue. It felt like they were brushing off my legitimate concerns with a weak and unrelated excuse.To top it off, I asked about the process to put my review in the website and they told me that there is noway to do it.Overall, I received terrible service from SleepCountry, and it seems they are content with hiding important information from their customers.

We came into the story for some information and to try out a particular mattress. Kristy was very knowledgeable and was not burdened showing us different options even though we were having troubles making a concrete decision. He didnt pressure us and was able to provide great insight into options available. Kudos and we will definitely will return when we are for sure ready. Thank you

My partner and I went here shopping for a mattress, and we received what possibly could be the best customer service of my life. My only regret is that I can’t remember the name of the person who helped us, because really she was amazing.

Disgusting! I would rate a zero if I could. The guys who install the frame and deliver the mattress were unprofessional to say the least. The frame was setup crooked so the mattress doesn't fit properly, someone has to come back to adjust the frame correctly. These guys transferred the old/new mattresses in the hallway of the apartment building not inside my apartment. While they exchanged the old mattress for the new ones, they put the new mattresses on the floor in the hallway! The dirty carpets in the hallway, where people and animals walk around in dirty shoes/boots, this was the introduction of my new mattresses. Sitting on dirty carpets waiting for me to sleep on!! Beyond disgusting.They did not wear masks nor ask if they should wear them, I'm immunocompromised, they should have been wearing masks.I won't bother explaining what happened with customer service, it was just as stupid.Think twice before buying a mattress here.
