Some girl named destiny was helping me, she was incredibly rude and was treating me differently. I would not recommend going here, such bad customer service. Disappointed to say the least.

The only Sephora where you actually ask for help and the people ignore even though there were 3 ppl working and only one other costumer being helped.Won’t buy at this location

I had the best experience i've ever had at a Sephora today. I was looking at concealers and wasn't sure what my shade was. Wayne came over and did this really cool thing with his phone that scanned my skin to find my exact skin tone and texture. I ended up finding my shade and he helped me find some other things I'd been wanting to get. Wayne was super nice and such a wonderful person to be around. Not once did I feel pressured or stressed while I was shopping today and I genuinely had such a good time shopping with Wayne's help.

I went in to look at perfumes and was having such a hard time trying to narrow down my choices, when Iris came over to help! They spent so much time looking through different options with me and giving amazing recommendations. Their product knowledge was very impressive, but what really made the experience was how personable, friendly, and kind they were!! Thank you so much for your help, Iris!

Charged twice for the item.It was the lowest valued item in our cart, its still wrong. I contacted customer service and they said that I have to go to the store even though I stay 100km away and were just visiting Kingston and I said them that it can be in the form of store credit or anything. It doesn’t make any sense for us to travel 200km for a 10$ refund. It was a mistake on their part to overcharge me, and they failed to realise that. Please check your bill twice before leaving the store, specially if you made purchase when in the rush hours. Products are good, but policies, not so much. And no apologies received.

Sephora is a go-to, I appreciate the selection, the advice of staff, and product availability. 4 stars awarded because most of the products I was seeking (popular items) were sold out. This was to be expected though. They did offer alternatives, online ordering, and listened to my wants/needs for products. Reese (I hope I spelled your name right!) Was particularly helpful and skin matched me with a few shades.

Maddy deserves a kiss on the forehead. I hope both sides of her pillow are always cold. I hope she hits green lights all the way home today.For real tho, she matched my foundation perfectly (even though the machine didn’t), gave me so many good recommendations for the look I wanted and stuck within my price range! She’s a superstar and so nice! Thank you Maddy!
