If I could, I'd give zero stars. A lot of the branch employees I've interacted with here have been incredibly rude and discriminatory. I'd much rather recommend Scotiabank's other branches in Kingston.

My gf recently came here and an employee by the name of Ashley straight up insulted her by saying "because you're so poor" while pressuring her to open up a tax free savings account. This rude judgement and poor customer service made her feel uncomfortable and unsure. Dont go to this branch!!!
