I recently had to get fitted for a suit at RW & Co in their Kingston location inside the Cataraqui Mall. after not wearing one in over a decade. With an important interview just two days away, I was anxious about finding something that would fit well on such short notice, not to mention my concerns about the cost.
From the moment I walked in, Shirley, a customer service associate, approached me as I browsed the navy suits. I explained my situation and that I had no idea what my measurements were. Without hesitation, she immediately sized me up for a jacket, and unbelievably, the first one she picked out fit me perfectly. She did the same with the pants and a button-down shirt. In less than five minutes, I was fitted in the best suit I’ve ever owned.
Shirley was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and encouraging about my upcoming interview. To top it off, she applied multiple discounts, bringing my bill down by nearly half.
It was an outstanding experience, and I wanted to highlight Shirley’s excellent customer service. Thank you, Shirley @ RW & Co.!

A very bad clothing store with a psych treatment, not good quality at all, I bought a wedding suit, and I didn't like it, I want to return it, they refused, I only wear it once, and I only stay when measuring, my number is half a star.

Spent over an hour here, getting fantastic customer service. While several things were out of stock, the associates ordered them for me and even gave me a voucher to have items altered for free. Make sure to check out the sales rack tucked with the fitting rooms.

Rude, miserable staff. Every time I come in this store I’m reminded why I do all my RW and Co purchases online. My 7 year old son and I just left the store, we weren’t greeted once by either of the two women who were working, they were too busy (loudly) discussing their social plans. However, when and older couple, probably in their mid sixties came in, and started shopping at the same table of clothing that I was at, the one girl rushed over to greet them and ask if they needed help. Apparently at 40 years old I’m too young to be in their target demographic?? We continued to shop for a few more minutes before until we came upon the next saleswoman who also completely ignored us.This is not the first time I’ve received this type of treatment at this location. I’m so grateful that I can do all my RW shopping online, so the only time I’ll have to step foot in this location again is to do a return.

While I’m a long term customer of this company, very disappointed in the customer service I received at the store today. It is not the first time from this specific store. I know the brand strives for better and as a loyal customer, I expect better customer service. Your product is phenomenal, your customer service at this specific location could use some polishing as it does not promote the exceptional brand of your company. The last time I attended I experienced the same service, this time I wanted to ensure it was brought to the attention of the appropriate person and unfortunately your company has not made it easily accessible to reach someone in private to discuss these matters.

I love shopping here for my work clothes and have received exceptional customer service many times from the gentlemen. Today I was helped by a lady I haven't seen before. She was mostly nice, but my feedback is: I would recommend not insulting your customers' personal style. I described to her the kind of shirt I was looking for. She brought over a few options that were not at all what I was looking for, but I appreciated the gesture and thanked her. She asked me to clarify again what it is I'm looking for. She told me, dead serious, "that's something a Granny would wear" and suggested I try the old person's store on the other side of the mall. She proceeded to say "that's really not in style" and is "something you'd see a Granny wearing when she's out gardening". I was super turned off by this and almost left, but bought the one item I had intended to buy anyway. Not sure if I will return. Just mind-blown that a salesperson thinks it's ok to insult someone's taste in clothing.
