Stopped in just intending to browse. I thought I had a decent level of knowledge about running and what I am looking for in a shoe but couldn’t have been more wrong. Jan was super helpful and pulled 5 or 6 pairs for me. As she handed me shoes she was able to explain how they will benefit me. I was really impressed with her knowledge level and kindness.

The lady that works Saturdays helped me so much I would definitely recommend going to her for shoe recommendations if you are new to running

I visited The Running Room today looking to buy a pair of running shoes and I was beyond impressed with my experience at the store. Jan was so wonderful, kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and recommended a shoe that would fit my needs. I’m an amateur runner and she made me feel so welcomed to not only the store but to running as well. She gave me great advice and tips to my training in a very comforting and non-intimating way (I really appreciated that as again, I am new to running!). I would recommend anyone looking for running shoes to visit and speak to Jan! Thanks again!

I was there last night. The person running the store, I think his name was Zachary, was very friendly and super knowledgeable. You can tell that he's really good at his job. He helped me figure out my foot type and had me try on several different pairs of shoes that he thought might work best for me. Could not believe how well they fit! This was a kind of personalized experience I've never had buying shoes before. Such a professional, helpful, and chill vibe. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be back!

Manager there was incredibly helpful, took measurements, is incredibly knowledgeable on footwear brands, and was quick on great recommendations. Will shop there again for sure.

Went to running room for help as I have plantar fasciitis. Kris was excellent took her time made suggestions brought me several different pairs even went on the computer for colour choices I would 100% recommend THE RUNNING ROOM I'll be back when I need new shoes !!

Myself and 2 other ladies shopped at the store on Sunday Sept 25th and we were all amazed at the young lady that helped us. I believe that her name was Maddie. She was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We all had different feet/knee issues that we were dealing with and Maddie directed us to various shoes to try. We all left wtih shoes and my shoes are amazing! With today's staff shortages it was a refreshing pleasure to have someone as knowledgeable and caring as Maddie to help us.

Just wanted to say thank you to Kris Weaver, store manager. Today was my first time in the store and Kris’s customer service was perfect! From start to finish, her presence, positive attitude and product knowledge was amazing! Was an exceptional experience, thank you again Kris!

Excellent service. Allows me to wear my shoes outdoors and if there problems, I am able to go back for a replacement if required, up to 30 days.

I had the very best customer service experience today (morning of Sunday Apr 24)! The lady working in the store (who was the only visible staff) was just amazing all while juggling numerous customers all trying on shoes. She went from person to person and not once did I see one of us waiting on her to get to us. She was super pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not once did I see her get overwhelmed having to deal with numerous customers and her mannerisms were steady and professional. It is very rare these days to have such customer service. Just outstanding!!!
