Didn’t feel welcomed at all. The lady with short hair made some odd looks at us and didn’t feel friendly at all. She suggested we should just go next door to Fancy instead. Cant recommend at all

Cool brands and different pieces of clothes and shoes. They even have some Alo Yoga pieces, which are hard to find. Got sandals at 50% off, well worth the price. Good service, friendly staff!

As soon as we walked in, the lady with short hair stared at my partner and I; no hello just a tactful direction to sanitize our hands. She went back to her counter n stared at us again with a rude way of asking what I'm looking for. The display item was in the window of the neighbouring store, which she insisted we go there. The lady lost out on a potential purchase because 10 seconds of a stunned look on her face and rude interaction for 2 travellers willing to spend money during a pandemic. Absolutely disgusting customer service for a time like today ... an interacial couple in our 30s on a Friday morning looking for gift.I can't decipher whether it's racism or ageism this lady had but Fancy That (next door) was a ???? difference n made a 150$ sale

Went in to the store looking for winter sweaters on Sunday Sept. 30, 2018. Salesperson was at the cash desk and looked up but did not acknowledge me. I looked around the racks and shelves for 10 minutes and still not even a "may I help you" from the sales clerk. One other customer in the store at the time and she was being ignored also. I finally got fed up as I needed some help and went to the sales desk. I had decided I would leave and shop somewhere else where I could get some service. As I passed the sales desk I said to the clerk, "Don't you think u should acknowledge a potential customer when they come into your store?" She mumbled something about looking for something and I told her I would not be buying from her store. Will not go in this store again. A shame because they carry some really lovely clothes but I can't tolerate rude sales people. U would think an upscale business like this would train their associates to at least greet a customer. I worked in retail for a number of years and this behavior wouldn't have been tolerated.

I like the Roundstone. The prices are very high, but they do have sales.
