The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.

It is difficult to separate reviewing the store experience from the brand experience. Overall, I can't complain about the store, it's location, service, selection at this particular outlet, etc. The Roots brand is also obviously quite strong with it emphasis on the hight quality apparel, ultra natural materials (organic cotton), attractive design of both utility and novel items. The only downside of this particular experience was that deals on the price-quality curve were very hard to find at the Roots. I guess one has to especially hunt for them for which I may come back later if I have time. I ended up buying from the competition this time around.

Store is clean, staff are very accommodating, however this is NOT an outlet store whatsoever; full retail prices here and no discount given at checkout at all.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, store was well stocked and full of good finds. Picked out a scrunchies, some masks and a matching lounge set! Their biker style shorts this time of year are a MUST have. I’d highly recommend it.

I got stuck in the store overnight, while getting lost looking for a coat in the clothes rack. It was a long night. I found a sandwich in the break room. It was ham! When the staff finally opened the store in the morning, I let them have it. Turkey would have been five stars.
