Ordered online to be delivered to the store but didn't receive notification that it was at store so had to go and see if it was there on a whim. Would appreciate some sort of notification in the future

So normally we shop here for some of my partners clothes and we as a rule have been met with mediocre help of any. Most times at this location it's like pulling teeth to find things or get assistance. On the rare occasion we do though.Today is the exception to the rule and Zoe was a wealth of knowledge, friendliness and was absolutely the best employee they've ever had at any of the stores we've visited from Toronto to Ottawa. We both were super impressed and would highly recommend seeking out this gem if you're ever there. She knew where almost everything was and quickly found the one style we were looking for despite not have worked in a bit.To Zoe. Thank you so much for your kind and patient help. You are truly a great employee who will be an asset in whatever industry you choose to go into. You're going places. Keep up the amazing work.

Super great store! The staff is always so nice when I visit! I walked into the store and the nice young cashier walked right up to me and said “if you’re interested we have some shirts for 4.99$ that were just returned if you’d like to have a look”? And I bought all 3!

The clerk was nice. The manager or in charge - not so much. She was quite rude and condescending to the clerk that was helping me. I was embarrassed for the girl that rang me up. She had done a great job.

Had a great experience at this store! Never met such a great employee! I had to get an outfit as I was attending something important and Tracey was there to hell me! She actually picked out the entire outfit and I loved it, sadly, my bag got “lost” and did not get to wear the outfit she picked for me!! LOL… atleast I know who to go see for help next time it’s needed. Girlies, if you ever need hell finding an outfit, go see Tracey!!! Xoxo

Everytime I come into Ricki's store at the Catararqui Town Centre, I receive awesome customer service and professional advice. I need assistance finding my size etc and the staff there, Tracey and Cheryl are excellent. In fact all the staff there are wonderful. Great Place to shop and love this store very much. Thank you everyone. I also have no difficulties ordering on line and my order is filled quickly and no worries.

I've had the best service when I've shopped at this store. I have nothing but great things to say about two ladies that have helped me. There names are Sheryl and Tammy. I will definitely be back.
