I should have given zero rating, I walked in to the store around 5.10p.m and the store person was very rude to me and my friend. But with others she was smiling and effortlessly making conversations. Being racist?

I probably would have given a 0 if I could have. When I first walked in they didn’t even say hi. They continued to talk to each other and not even help me. When trying things on they didn’t even ask me if I needed any other sizes. They continued to talk and I continued to shop. Mind you I’m in comfy clothes a hoodie and leggings and it was 530 the mall closes at 6 so I thought I had time to shop a little bit more the customer service lady rudely said are you done. Like I am now. Maybe treat your customers equally- regardless of what they wear. Unfortunately I’d rather go to another Reitman's that will offer me some help when shopping rather than gossiping ????????♀️ Poor experience will never go back

I ordered some stuff online and it won't fit me properly. I went to store and met gracie. She was soo nice and kind person. She helped me in refunding the items and placed a new online order right away. I can say she is a gem of reitmans and she have an excellent customer service skills. Manager of this store is also very nice. They desrve 10 stars for sure. Must visit there once.

I used to buy the occasional item st Reitmans. Found styles repeated over and over. I purchased something online às my size not in the store. It was too short so called online service to return. They told me to return to the store, which I tried to do. I had my receipt with picture of item. The tag on the dress did not make the price tag in the store. They spoke very poorly to me. Said that the manager offered me 1/2 of what I paid towards other stock. I gave dress to goodwill. I will never go back. Buyer beware.
