I've been using Paul's Auto for over 10 years for all my vehicles. This has to be the most honest and fair Auto Service Centre I've ever dealt with. They try their best to diagnose the issue(s) with your vehicle and try to find the most reasonable solution at the fairest price. I've never been disappointed with any of work I've had done by Paul's Auto. He's my #1 Choice and recommend Paul's Auto to anyone needing Auto Repairs,brakes,tires..etc. Paul's Auto thank you for always helping me and my family with our vehicles and always being fair and honest!

Not worth going too. They are not trust worthy. My new mechanic said that they did not do what they said they did and charged me fir nothing. Do not go there.

Just spoke with someone named Kevin. He has little to know knowledge about auto repairs. Knows only parts. Has no idea what he is talking about nor should he be running a shop.

Update of 2023. I have found the owner has been posting fake reviews and asking friends todo the same. I was in the city recently and a friend of mine who dates a employee they have, was told all employees are asked to write reviews and ask friends and family todo the same. This place had a 2 star rating on 2018 when I was had problems with them. They have not changed just posting fake reviews nowHad about $1100 worth of work done on parts that didn't seems to be a problem when I brought it in for a basic inspection and paid for 2 new winter tires.Get in the car to find both tires were used and barely any tred left on them.And what wasn't a problem when bringing it in, a week later every part that was said to be a problem and replaced with new parts breaks when I go over the tracks by the via rail station.I took it to Canadian to to get a inspection and they looked at the service order from Paul's and even said non of the parts that were said to be fixed were new parts and didn't even look like they were put on correctlyI called them to complain and they tried to sell me another set of tired over the phone and say sometime parts break but bring it back in and they will fix it again, at full priceTerrible service and clearly robbing people

3rdctime had work done. Had appointment set for 1 day but could not make Paul's secretary was able to fit me in even if was for pil change. Love the service and would recommend Paul yo anyone. Not like 1 popular company not once but twice Keating tools under hood.

Trustworthy, reasonably priced, professional and down to earth staff! The best mechanic in town, hands down!Paul and the rest of the staff are so great to deal with. I never feel like I'm being ripped off when I come with any issues. They have even done a couple small things for my wife's car at no cost. Truly a good group of people who work here.
