I absolutely know why Paul Randolph Jewellers came highly recommended! Amazing response time from Jeff - who answered all of my email questions! We were told approximately 2 weeks as a turn around time for the "rhodium plating - white gold jewellery after the original rhodium has worn off". My husband dropped the rings off on Wednesday morning - and just over 48 hours later, both my Wedding & Engagement rings are back on my finger! WOW! I can't stop looking at my ring finger - they are like new again! Thank you so, so much - this has helped make our upcoming 10th Wedding Anniversary that much more special. Carrie & John MacIntosh

Absolutely wonderful experience. Jeff helped us design our own custom engagement ring and was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. And it looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted. Great communication and amazing work. Jeff was also amazing at helping us with the practical parts of design like longevity, comfort, and durability that I was worried about. Also wonderful to have a certified gemologist on site and be able to get an appraisal for insurance right away. Thanks so much! Highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Paul-Randolph. The rings look amazing and were such a fair price. The owners are absolutely incredible - two of the nicest people we have both met. They remembered us by name, asked how our wedding planning was going each time we came in and promptly responded to all enquiries we had. Paul-Randolph is without doubt the best jewelry store in town.

I could not have asked for a better experience from the Paul-Randolph team! They took care of my custom engagement ring repair and were very diligent and responsive to my questions along the way. Upon receiving my ring, I was thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and Brian was phenomenal! They’ve got a customer for life now and they are highly recommended!!

Just wanted to say the team at Paul Randolph are very kind and accommodating even if you're not buying jewelry. I had ordered a ring off the internet based on a ring size I took with a piece of paper and a ruler (hint: don't do this). With no way of knowing my true ring size, or if the size of the ring I ordered was indeed correct, I went in and humbly asked them if they could measure both for me. I felt awkward taking up their time without making a purchase but they were patient and caring.Frankly, if I ever should find myself in a place for a piece of fine jewelry, this is the first place I'll go. Their inventory is stunning, their service impeccable and they genuinely want to share their knowledge (did you know your ring size changes depending on the geometry of the ring? Your hydration levels? Temperature? Well they do!)Thank you guys, you're one of Kingston's gems (pun intended).

My experience with Paul-Randolph Jewellers, specifically with Jeff, was fantastic. I was in Kingston on business from my home in a remote community and dropped into Paul-Randolph without any expectations. To be honest, I had expected to buy an engagement ring somewhere like a Ben Moss or Peoples Jewellers. As I was finding the store, I wasn't too excited because the Lasalle Mews location leaves a little to be desired. It seems a little deserted inside. However, I talked to Jeff at the store and he was very knowledgeable and told me that they're able to make custom rings. We worked out a potential design and he did not try to upsell me, suggesting a diamond size that he thought would be the right size for my (now) fiance. After I left town, we went back and forth by email a few times on the ring design, and when it was complete it was mailed to me with an appraisal.My fiance loves her ring, and I went back to Paul-Randolph to get wedding bands. Again, we exchanged ideas and designs by email a few times until I was satisfied, and they produced a wedding band for my fiance that fits snug against the unique shape of her engagement ring, and a wedding band for myself that is in the same style.Overall incredibly happy with how things turned out, and I'm so glad I stopped into this store when I was in Kingston instead of just going to one of the chain jewelers found in every mall. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable relative to their competition. Strongly recommend. 10 stars.

Their service has always been professional, courteous, and focused at all times on customer satisfaction, and have always succeeded. Paul-Randolph is my first choice in jewellers and I recommend them highly.

I had my broken gold ear ring repaired by Paul. Great service and genuine. Friendly staff and great collections in shop. I strongly recommend this shop. I will be visiting again for my daughter.
