“The lady at the desk that helped me was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find the exact paint colour sample I was looking for! I then inquired about other shades around this paint colour sample. Then she gave me a large array of paint samples so my boss could check other shades and colours out. She said, “you can return it when you are done with it.” I said, “don’t you want to take down my name and number?” She said, no we just trust that you will bring it back when you are done with it. I brought it back today. I was able to pick up the paint sample colour and the large array of shades and colours, which was exactly what my boss asked me to get! Thank you for the excellent service!”
