Aubrey, the new staff member, exhibits excellent customer service, professionalism, and politeness. I highly recommend visiting their store. They offer a wide selection of phone cases and screen protectors. However, it's unfortunate that they don't currently have a technician available. I hope they get one soon

This man who I called to ask if he could fix my phone, was extremely rude to me and hung up on me without saying goodbye before I could even ask my other questions. So I called back and said that was rude, and he said he’s busy. Too busy for PAYING customers? You guys are a jokeNO ONE GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They are racist and misogynistic. He was curt and impatient with me when I was going to be bringing him buisness.I called around and received kind and timely responds from iphix and every other phone company. Go to them!!! NOT THESE GUYS
