“I don't know why you would ever buy a suit at Tip Top, Moore's or the like when Murano's exists. Incredible selection of high quality and COMFORTABLE suits. Whatever you want, both in and outside of the norm, they'll figure out exactly what you want and have it for you.
The fits are great, tailoring is great, the price can't be beaten and best of all, the customer experience is next level. I genuinely looked forward to it everytime I went back for another try-on, or to pickup when it was all ready (in a very timely fashion). Special shout out to Riccarda who is an absolute weapon and treats you like an old friend every time you roll in. I can't remember her name right now, but her protegé is super awesome, friendly and helpful as well.
I hope this one works out, but I almost wish I'd get to have another wedding just to come back for the whole experience all over again. Thanks for everything guys!”

My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I love it here due to one man Emanuel who is amazing customer Service this man’s able to actually tail your experience just like your suits to your personality, which is insane like I see how he is with other people and how he is with me because my style and the way I grew up I talk a little bit G-ASF. You told my experience for exactly what I needed found me an awesome suit and seriously this guy is amazing. What I witnessed was when I came in me and him. We instantly had this crazy connection as like a great sales associate business relationship and he was able to Pretty cool, but then after he was able to switch the tone to this nice old lady, he was able to actually provide her with the question she needed like sizing and things like that A salesman who can switch their vibe to fit the clients lifestyle that Is a salesman!
Emmanuel, if you see this, I’m the guy with the sunglasses he comes in all the time. I just want to say you’re doing a great job man and usually things go unrecognized, but you deserve to be recognized. I really appreciate how kind you are.”

“I recently had to get fitted for a suit at RW & Co in their Kingston location inside the Cataraqui Mall. after not wearing one in over a decade. With an important interview just two days away, I was anxious about finding something that would fit well on such short notice, not to mention my concerns about the cost.
From the moment I walked in, Shirley, a customer service associate, approached me as I browsed the navy suits. I explained my situation and that I had no idea what my measurements were. Without hesitation, she immediately sized me up for a jacket, and unbelievably, the first one she picked out fit me perfectly. She did the same with the pants and a button-down shirt. In less than five minutes, I was fitted in the best suit I’ve ever owned.
Shirley was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and encouraging about my upcoming interview. To top it off, she applied multiple discounts, bringing my bill down by nearly half.

“I went to this location on November 11th to look for a winter jacket. I found what I wanted at a great price but it wasn't available in my size. I asked if any more were available. The staff were very helpful and when they were unable to find my size ordered it online for me. It arrived a couple of days later and is exactly what I wanted!”

“There was this pair of ultraboost that I wanted to get from a few years back. I was busy with work and didn't have a chance to go back to the mall for 2 months. When I finally did, they were gone. I checked the Adidas website, and nothing.
I'm so glad we stopped here to charge the car. As I found the shoes I have been looking for, and they were available in every single size. Not to mention, they were on a crazy sale for $90 a pair. The original price on ultra boost shoes are around $250 each. So needless to say, I was super happy about this.”

“This was my first visit to Stars and wasn't really in need of anything but popped in just to see what they had in stock. I was served by Lara who was incredibly helpful and not pushy like some sales people. She was very helpful and eventually I purchased two nice shirts that were on sale.
