I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Circle K.
I purchased a gift card, which unfortunately never worked. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the merchant refused to provide any assistance or a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this merchant, as they do not stand behind their products or provide adequate support when issues arise. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
I've submitted the provided form twice but haven't received any response. This seems like a scam.
I hope the police can help with this.

I would leave less than one star. Two staff stood doing nothing. Lineup through the store. Vomit all over the hallway. Women’s bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper. Toilet blocked and overflowing.

Not a big fan of being followed, harrased and rushed out of the store as a paying customer simply because I'm young and look a certain way and my sister and I were having some laughs while browsing. Not everyone my age is a shoplifter. Not everyone dressed like me is a threat.

Be careful when you get gas from this store! You paid for rhe right quantity you are expecting but it lows less gas, the gas pump are corrupted and when you ask the gas station attendant, he refuses the issue stataing that is the quantity the pumps says. I put $50 and it just when up less than a quarter tank. That is unbelievable! Don’t go to this store for gas!!

Went there the other day, all pumps out of order, no food on the grills and the slushy and slush pump machines weren't even cold or ready to go very soupy

Unfortunately, even though this is the most convenient gas station for me location wise, that has PC Points which is important to me - there has been more than a few times where the pay at pumps do not work for me, even if I switch to another pump and even as other people have zero issue.I have tried to talk to staff about it, to see if it's my card not working, or maybe my PC points card messing things up? However they don't know or care to even investigate. The last time I was there, the guy didn't even look up from his phone just told me to pay inside. Frustrated, I wound up googling another Esso which is not even a minute down Highway 15 where the machines actually work for me, and added bonus has a drive through Tim Hortons. I wouldn't have found it without experiencing poor customer service a few times at this place... so thank you?

Horrible washroom. No soap, no paper toilet, all dirty and disgusting. Talked to the A&W employee, and she said that is the gas station responsibility, the gas station employee said it is A&W responsibility. I wish Public Health investigates and evaluate all gas stations, especially this one. No COVID considerations or protocols neither.

I have had an experience at your Highway 15 gas bar that resulted in emotional and physical distress, concern for my safety, loss of income, and disruption to both my partners’ and my own workplaces. As I am currently seven months pregnant, this was an especially distressing and unhealthy experience for me due to the unprofessional, inappropriate manner in which your Circle K gas bar employee misconducted and escalated both himself and the situation.Please be advised that, in short detail, I was threatened for harm, degraded as a woman, and humiliated by a Circle K gas bar attendant, interrupted at my workplace, followed and stalked to my workplace by a Circle K gas bar attendant or relative person that posed threat to my well-being, required contact to the police station, and lost out on almost 3.5 hours of income.I have contacted corporate offices, posted on every Circle K, Mac’s, and Esso social media, and will continue to contact and share my full experience until I am contacted.

A big no no!!! Bad customer service. Hotdogs looked tired and were rolling on the grill for long time probably. They don't seem to care.
