It has been a total pleasure to deal with the people of Leon Kingston. Chris and Laurie, the sales people were awesome and helped us very quickly. The delivery people were pleasant and very quick and accommodating. Will definitely go to Leon Kingston again for future purchases.

We just purchased our 2nd couch from Leon’s Kingston and can’t recommend them enough.
Very welcoming and eager to help while allowing us to view the showroom without pestering.
Jamie was a wonderful sales rep, super knowledgeable and professional.
Also has Laurie check in to ensure we, as young adults, were happy with everything which we really appreciated

We had the best experience at the Kingston Leon's with the help of Laurie and Jerry. They went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. And as an added bonus had us laughing the entire time❤️

We ordered a set of leather loveseats, a Wash Tower and King mattress on Aug 3. When we saw the expected delivery of 8-10 weeks I said that we could not proceed as I needed the items by Thanksgiving. Richard our salesperson said not to worry that they were in stock and would be there well before Thanksgiving. The Wash Tower and mattress were delivered. Mattress damaged and still awaiting replacement. STILL no loveseats although the entire cost (not the 25%) were charged to my CC. Repeated phone calls end up in getting false promises and being told that they are at the mercy of the warehouse even though I was told on Sept 5 that the items were at the warehouse and would be delivered to Kingston within 1-2 weeks. An email was sent FIVE days ago to customer service and I still have no response

Absolutely appalled by Leon’s. Ordered a couch in July and was told 4-8 weeks for delivery and that we would be updated continuously throughout the process. It has now been 12 weeks and the only update I have gotten is when I have called the store. First two times was that they are waiting for the couch to come from overseas but it looked to be on track for the 8 week delivery. At the 10 week mark I called again and the receptionist was unbelievably rude and condescending telling me she’s just a receptionist our sales person no longer works there and explained to me what ETA stands for. For the record I was never ever rude despite being extremely upset with this situation. I understand the person you speak to on the phone has little to no control so I would never be rude to that person. I couldn’t believe how she spoke to me. Here I am now at 12 weeks and still no word. I will be going in person to the store tomorrow to demand a refund. I’ve never spent so much money on an item I never got. The lack of communication from this place and the rude receptionist is unacceptable and would never ever recommend anyone to this store. I will update my review after I speak to a manager tomorrow and hopefully get my money back.
Update: I received a call almost immediately after posting my initial review. Seems that is the only way to actually get someone’s attention at this store. I wasn’t really given an answer as to when to expect my couch. Was offered a full refund, but to be honest I really want this couch. I was asked to remove my review because they have “dealt” with the situation. I told them I would remove my review when I got my couch and the issue was actually “dealt” with. I was then guilted into taking it down saying the receptionist had to answer to head office because of my review. At that point I asked for the number for head office which they did not want to give me because they really wanted to deal with this in house. It took several attempts to get a contact for head office. I call head office and am told they can’t help me because the store is individually owned but they would contact the owner. A few days later the owner calls and leaves a voicemail saying my couch is in and it will be on the next delivery truck out. That was a week and a half ago. No further updates. The owner also said that head office is offering me the difference in price IF the couch goes on sale in the next 90 days. Not satisfactory.
I am now at almost 14 weeks since I paid in full for this product. I had to go into the store to speak with someone. Conveniently the owner was not there so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager did not seem to have the time of day for me and the receptionist (Marie) informed me that the couch is not in and she doesn’t know when it will arrive. I asked her to call the owner because I wanted money back now. She told me that wasn’t possible but would get him to call me tomorrow. We will see if I actually get a call.
It’s been nothing but excuse after excuse and absolutely no actual solutions. I’m tired of this fight.
Do yourselves a favour and do not buy from this store. Unprofessional, unethical and extremely questionable business they have going on here.

Extremely disappointed with our Leon’s experience. We ordered a stove back in early June and were told to expect it to come in 4-6 weeks. After no updates, we reached out at 10 weeks to see if they had an update for us as it had been nearly double the expected time. They blamed the seller, which might be reasonable had they called us, emailed us or just generally communicated that the expected timeline would not be met. Fast forward to early September, I start calling Leon’s to try and get an update. Our “sales person” seems to never be available when I call, other sales people often say they can’t give me an update because it’s not their file, but when I ask for a call back I typically don’t get one. I have received only 1 callback from our sales rep after more than 8 times asking for one. We are now 20 weeks after our order date and I am fed up with the lack of communications. We paid up front and are so frustrated for not going with another option. Do not choose Leon’s if you have other sales options available, it’s not worth the wait and lack of communication.

After ordering a head rest in May, calling 4 times to follow up to see when it should be coming, as no one from Leons called me for an update, I received a head rest yesterday. I called this week, now being October, I was told November. I was given the option to come look at another one that was in stock.
I decided to go and look at the one they had, Stephanie walked me to the one on the sales floor. I asked to see which one I had ordered, she said they no longer carried that in store and they would have no picture. I asked if we could look it up by the part number and she said no. I said ok I will have the part number and I will google it myself. She walked to the computer and pulled the whole thing up, it was identical to the one on the sales floor.
Why she said she could not pull this up, and if I had insisted that she did I would not have know it was the exact same as the one I had purchased in May.
I took that one home, 6 months later, and they got my money 6 months ago.
I have purchased many things from this location, however after this incident, I no longer will be going back there.
Poor customer service, truly disappointed.

Purchased some living room furniture and were told 2 to 4 weeks to arrive ,it's now been 7 weeks still no sign of it . When I phone to inquire told it's been shipped so should be here soon.Same thing I was told 3 weeks ago.

Our family has bought numerous items from Leon's over the years and have always been pleased with everything we have bought. We bought a new chair which we paid for in July and were told that we would have for delivery for 8 weeks. The chair did not arrive in the time that we were told and as of today had still not arrived. I went to the store to ask that our money be refunded. The staff suggested that perhaps I would like to see if another chair would suit. Since a refund would ta,e at least a week I decided to have a Iook and found a chair that I preferred. It was in stock and will be delivered tomorrow! Both of the women that served me today went beyond to make sure that I was looked after and that my disappointment was relieved. Thank you Laurie and Marie. You are both wonderful assets to your employers.

Purchased a dishwasher and fridge 7 weeks ago, still waiting for delivery, keep getting the run around. Definitely don't pay and wait for delivery. This sort of thing looks like a business that is going under, buyer beware.
In response to the owner's request. The purchase is under my wife's name which I will not post here. We will be in the store Saturday to cancel the order.
