You can't contact a customer rep directly you have to text automated then wait a day or more for a callback if they even do and the reps are unwilling to resolve the simplest of problems my phone was stolen and it took me almost a week to get it shut off not to mention the 24 gig plan I signed up for ended up with me only getting 6 gigs of data

Beware of sales tactics. Employee mentioned the activation fee of $50 and right away said that he could waive it or give a discount of $5 dollar for 10 months, while it's free to do it online. Waited until I cancelled the service with my previous provider, then all of a sudden the system does not allow him to waive the activation fee.

Staff in the store are always decent to deal withGoodluck getting any help after that. When you are overcharged the company will not do anything to help you out - and then straight up lie to you when they do speak with you. I had a MANAGER hang upo on me mid conversation because he didn't want to address my issues. Absolutely disgusting customer service. 5+ years with Koodo and I am going to drop them without hesitation.

Untrained staff and not the best customer service. Looks like they don't really care at all.Telus, it's parent company, just located on the other side, has a better service.Good job for being the worst kiosk.?

(Koodo kiosk now Koodo/Telus) Fahad helped me score an amazing deal on my new iPhone. He asked me important questions like where I work - I ended up qualifying for the Exclusive Partner Program which gave me a huge discount (with Telus) - and if I wanted to trade in my old phone which I never knew you could do until today. Fahad was very patient with my many questions, explained things clearly and was very kind. Thanks for a great experience.

When I go into Telus, they are very helpful. However, the kiosk in the mall had a totally useless gentleman,who hardly waited for the question to be asked before he said there was nothing he could do and went back to his games.

Not the most friendly. Customer service needs some improvement. Seems as though if your not buying a phone and they cant make commission they just want you gone.
