Wish I could leave "no stars" review, really that bad...btw...new Samsung is excellent! Goodbye Apple!!As for response from owner...the store "Jump+" was worse than useless and refuses to refund...sooo..review stands.

I’ll never go back to this location after meeting Dan, the manager, on my most recent visit. It was shocking to me! I used to love this store. Never again! Rude doesn’t begin to describe it, in my opinion.There are better options for iPhone service in Kingston, thank goodness!!!

Recent experience with the store manager, Dan, were unacceptable. It was evident that there is either a lack of knowledge or a desire to support customers. Phone calls and emails were not returned. Follow up with other staff was helpful but my business will go else where in the future.

I just purchased a new iPhone SE but had to have it shipped from Toronto. I also needed a new case for it which was also ordered. Nobody from the store contacted me. I received no contact to come and pick it up once it arrived at the store. I just took a chance and went in because my charge cord was broken and I couldn't use my old phone. I also needed accessories which I purchased while I was there the second time. I am still waiting on my case but I will buy it elsewhere as I haven't received any messages from you during this entire process. This is the second phone I've purchased through you but I'm afraid I will not buy my third from you :( I'm only giving you 2 stars because You both were friendly enough although neglectful.

Been to this location plenty of times over the years while at Queen's and as a working professional. Sometimes the service is excellent, other times it is very poor. Recently I sent an email that took over 16 days for them to reply too and that was after I followed up twice after the fact.The lack of consistency is troubling and due to the above lack of response time, I had to change my xmas plans that added additional stress.If you go to this location, flip a coin because if its heads you'll have a great experience. If its tails... well I hope you have a back up plan.Edit: While I appreciate the response it seems like the onus is being put on me as the customer when I reached out to get clarification. If I had received a response within the same time period as the response to this comment, this assumption could have been corrected in an appropriate time period.Like any reasonable consumer, I am willing to modify my review based on the future experiences and will do so if/when I require Jump+ services.

Jocilyn was extremely helpful with assisting me in getting a new screen protector. I did not purchase the previous one I had at Jump+ and she made sure that I was aware of the Jump+ 1-year policy. $12 replacements within a year and she put the screen protector on for me. She was extremely personable and made me feel welcome at the store. I will absolutely be returning and making sure to see her for my future purchases.

Bought a screen protector for my 15 pro. Came in a couple weeks later for a replacement and was told that they were sold out and told to come back a few weeks later. the customer service representative was not very nice.Poor experience considering the screen protector was $40

Don't get Jumped. I got jumped plus I wound up duressed into a recall-worthy, 'seconds' quality, smaller, older laptop with no useable ports. I paid over three thousand dollars for their flagship MacBook Pro product, a new 14 inch MacBook with 8 ports and a Magic Mouse. It kept acting virused for months as apple/jump plus did factory resets in ignorance of their own device. The installed antivirus was clashing with the built in antivirus. Apple and Tammy and staff at Jump plus in Limeridge Mall Hamilton Ontario Canada never figured this out and instead exploited the distress that they had created. Exploited my distress to get back to work, to stick me with an old 13 inch MacBook with only 2 useless 'thunderbolt' ports and a recall worthy, trojan-horse "Touch Bar' ("Touch Bar' is Apple using paying customers for failed product experiments). Stick me with this old 13 inch as an even trade! No partial reimbursement! I think Apple may be using Jump plus to dump clearance and 'seconds' merchandise that it does not want to be associated with. That may be why Apple allows the serious trademark infringement of the jump plus stores looking like Apple stores. The only thing "premium retailer" about them is the price. I should have gone to Shoppers and so should you.

Dropped-in last minute for a quick fix and was served by Andrew who immediately identified the problem and fixed it. I was in there no more than 5-minutes. He was accommodating and pleasant to deal with which speaks volumes of the Management. Very happy with this location and would return.

I stopped by jump+ tonight to pick up my iPhone 15 Pro max that I had reserved. Andrew was there to help make a case selection and install my screen protector.Thanks to him it was an awesome experience. I’ll likely be back soon to pick up and Apple Watch ultra 2 from Andrew.

I just called to inquire about warranty coverage and she was able to help me over the phone. I am so grateful that I didn't have to drive 20 kms to come in and I won't lose all my photos! Highly recommend.
