Braeden(I'm not sure if that's spelt right) helped my brother pick some warm boots today. He was super nice, patient and knowledgeable. Easy and great experience.

I just bought a pair of converse and the manager was incredibly helpful! I didn't realize I accidentally kept him and another staff member after store hours to help me cash out and they were super nice, and didn't even mention it. Great customer service and adorable shoes, will be a returning customer

Very great, helpful and friendly staff, specially compared to other shoe stores in the mall where staff are rude, grumpy, or don't even acknowledge you are there. This is definitely going to be my new place to shop for shoes when I need/want a new pair, and I think it should be others too!
