Service was great. However, 4 years ago we bought 2 leather rocker recliner chairs. We loved them. They are now wearing totally out in head and seat areas in both chairs!!!I totally used the cleaner sold with them and we certainly didn’t abuse them, as it’s only us sitting in them. Very disappointing!!!!We need compensation! They were not cheap!!!!?

We recently purchased a Stickley sofa and two wing chairs. We worked with sales associate, Jessica Trotter. From our first email inquiry to the final delivery of the furniture, we were very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the furniture. Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed us a large variety of styles from different manufacturers and helped us make the final decision on manufacturer, style, and fabric coverings. The delivery and set up were stress-free. We are delighted with the colour choices and how the furniture fits perfectly into our living room. We highly recommend James Reid.

As a former employee I would like to say the people who work at James Reid are wonderful caring people who always put the client first. The quality of the products sold is far better than what you can get at any big box furniture store and maybe some other “high end” ones too. If you don’t see what you are looking for tell them what it is you want and I am quite sure they will find you the item from any one of their quality suppliers. I may not work there anymore but I certainly shop there for my furniture and accessories.

We've had excellent service from Daphne and Brad at the 1880 John Counter Blvd. location. On our first visit to James Reid, Daphne welcomed us and described the various showrooms within the store. We were free to browse at our own speed, although she was nearby for questions. Once we selected a potential sofa, Daphne displayed samples of alternate fabric that could be used. After a short conversation about the interior of our house, she instinctively knew what types of fabrics and colours we might like. We were so impressed by her recommendations and the well-made furniture, we then looked for carpets and a bedframe. Brad was introduced to us and, for a nominal fee, came to our house and spent three hours providing design advice. This in-home service was extremely helpful. We definitely recommend Daphne, Brad and James Reid Furniture.

My experience at James Reid Furniture has been phenomenal. I was instantly greeted but not bombarded by the staff which was comforting. The experience was exceptional and the customer service followed up by the delivery guys was pleasant. I’d recommend James Reid Furntifure with confidence to anyone looking for both quality furniture and good customer service.
