So so so thankful I called them. My tire had a leak and I called a few of the big chains, all of them were booked for the next week and a bit. I called Herman's assuming the same thing, but despite it being late afternoon and them clearly having a lot of other vehicles to work on, they made room for me and did the repair.
The fellow at the front was helpful and pleasant to deal with and the price was more than fair (actually less than I was anticipating given my last-minute drop off.)
I'm glad I chose local and will absolutely be using this shop moving forward!

Most I’ve ever paid for an oil change for OW20 Synthetic… outrageous. Plus I asked up front for an oil change price ahead and they didn’t know with even knowing my car make and model.

Highly recommended !! I found them so trustworthy and honest. Being an immigrant and first owner of the car and that too in a new city, I didn't knew where to take my car when the car was having a heavy steering fluid leak and the steering was not moving at all. So, I googled few best locations in Kingston to get my car repaired. I came up with 3-4 good rated auto repair garage in Kingston, but I read a lot of good reviews about Steve and took my car to them, not only he got it done before time but also, he fixed that part that could have costed me $1700 dollars. I really cant thank him enough for his honesty. I will be taking my car always to them for anything and everything. I found it one of the best place in the city. They are absolutely amazing.

I went there to get my car certified in order to give it to a family member. I also got an oil change and my summer tires were put on. I had looked up different places and read reviews. This seemed to check all the boxes. I was not disappointed. Great little shop to deal with extremely friendly, very honest and more than reasonable price wise. I would highly recommend it.

Highly recommend coming here if you have any issues with your car! Very nice employees and incredibly helpful!! I had an issue with my windscreen wipers and one of the employees fixed it in the pouring rain in less than 10 minutes with no charge. I did not even have to wait a minute for service! Thank you so much again !
