To be honest I'm always on a strict budget and I only check H&M sales section to find something that fits my budget and taste. Sometimes they have really have good deals and sometimes its awful pricing that doesn't make sense. They would rather hang their clothes for months than putting a good discounted price. I haven't had any odd experience with the stuffs so far. They have always been considerate and friendly. In fact, I specially remember one event when I went for a online purchase refund and the staff at counter was so friendly and accommodating that my long term skeptical views over transgender people changed forever. To everyone, pls don't judge people according to their color, religion, or apparel. Its their personality and behavioral characteristics make them who they really are!

employee was extremely argumentative and down right rude . I was shopping on kids side no one to help or assist . When I asked a question about price she was rude and clearly doesnt know what she is talking about but will argue anyway extremely disappointed

I went into the store today, i’m from the states and the girl who helped me was really kind and sweet. Although she was busy, she still stopped what she was doing and helped me find everything i was looking for. I believe her name was zoey. Great customer service
