Frontenac jewellers repaired my late father's wedding band which was in a bad state. It was done in a timely, friendly manner and it was absolutely beautifully done! I highly recommend them!

I have been to Frontenac Jewellers many times and they have always been so accommodating! I purchased a custom diamond tennis bracelet and after I came home I realized it was a bit big! Not only are they fixing the bracelet but making custom earrings from the diamonds left over! I 100% recommend Frontenac Jewellers!

I took my engagement ring here to have it resized. The staff were very knowledgeable and we ended up going with sizing beads. They did a fantastic job!

absolutely incredible experience! just brought my bracelet in for a repair as it broke today. they took a look at it and told me they would just reconnect it and leave the missing piece off (it was so tiny it doesn't even change how tight the bracelet fits) . they did this in about 1 minute and then didn't even charge me. i would 100% recommend this place and will be going back with any larger repairs if i have them in the future!!

My fiancé and I worked with Natasa and she was nothing short of amazing. She helped us through the entire design process, and presented us with an amazing and beautiful ring. Even when there was a small issue with the ring after receiving it, she took care of it right away and fast tracked it since she knew I had events later that month. 10/10 service and experience at Frontenac Jewellers

What a gem of a store!! Peter was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with me and didn't pressure at all. Ended up leaving without buying anything but had such a great experience that I went back to get my wedding band there and couldn't be happier. Great selection of men's wedding bands and excellent service!!
