I was in the store on July 2nd to have my phone switched from Telus to Fido since their plan was significantly cheaper. Beware, cheaper isn’t always better. The Fido agent (Mike Schonauer) that helped me was undereducated and told me the issues with porting my number were on telus’s end. After speaking with Telus the issue was indeed on Fido’s end and a port request was never sent. The agent set me up with a temporary number and SIM card and got me to sign up for a new plan after trying to sell me on a new phone, upgraded plan, everything under the moon. The agent then took my Telus SIM card and threw it away, at the time I didn’t realize this was an issue but after many phone calls trying to get my Telus number ported over, that SIM card is very important in accepting the port request. Beware of this place as they are very uneducated in the store. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE SCHONAUER HE WILL THROW YOUR SIM CARD AWAY. Fido phone support has been very helpful in figuring this out for me but none of this would be needed if their employees in store knew what they were doing. Very disappointed. 1 star

If you want exceptional customer service I highly recommend going to see Mike S! He was so informative, helpful, kind and went above and beyond to help me with my phone and plan. I am so happy I trusted my gut and didn't settle at the first store I went to.

Just wanted to give some recognition to Conner at the Fido kiosk for his excellent customer service. I was trying to get in on a promo deal before it expired but the stores were closing in 10 mins. Luckily, Conner was super quick and willing to help out despite his shift coming to an end soon. We managed to change my phone plan between providers and even transfer my number to the new Fido account all within the 10 mins! Conner was definitely very friendly and knowledgeable as a Fido/Rogers representative.

Really poor service. I wanted to change my plan so I called customer service and they picked up my call After 20 minutes and just 2 min of conversation they put me on hold and again said they would transfer me to another department they would solve my problem. And this took 3 hours and on the same day, I called them 5 times because they cut my call in the middle of the conversation. The second, thing that I am disappointed about is that first, they had no better plan for me then I said I didn't want to continue with Fido then immidialty they had a good plan for me so basically they are just using our money disappointed

Josh O at the Kiosk was amazing! We went to move from Virgin to Koodo and discovered Fido = Rogers who is our preferred carrier, but too costly. Quickly moved us to Fido and we are tickled pink. Servicing us seniors matters! Thank you!

Erica was so professional and made the long process fun. I visited Fido to change from a pre-paid plan to a post-paid plan. It was not easy to set up the post-paid plan because I didn't have enough financial credit in Canada yet. However, with her professionalism, the migration of the plan was completed after a long and complex process. During the process, she explained all the promotions and discounts I can get, which made me take a better choice. Also, her humorous saying changed my anxiety into fun. Thank you so much, Erica!

Part 1.True magicians they managed to turn my phone into a brick. Contacted Samsung to clear the problem.Part 2.I lost connection and thought it was a virus excellent service rep changed the SIM card and with a reboot vala I'm back in service she even restored my call list.Part 3.The SIM card reader on my S8 died. picked up an S21 and the agent on site helped me with the setup.
