I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received from the assistant manager Gracie yesterday and today!!She was very patient and kind, and helped me find all the clothing I needed to start my new job.She had great recommendations and made me feel so good!Definitely recommend Gracie to anyone shopping here, by far the best service I have gotten in any store in a long time!!Thank you Gracie, I will for sure be back to shop with you again !!

They have the best items at a very competitive pricing. They need to reevaluate their policy with bags. Bought something worth more than $100 and they didn't provide a bag with it. Instead of saying sorry, they told us to buy a bag ($2.5-$3.0 forgot). It just felt strange.

I was shopping at Kingston today, the customer service was as outstanding. I felt like I had a personal shopper, it was amazing to have such great people help me shop for new clothes.

I found this store 2 years ago. I've spent so much money in here lol. I'm a bigger girl (size 16+) and can easily find anything I want. Jeans tops coats and dresses. I love the girls there, super friendly and they really want to help you find what you need.

WORST customer expierenceWalked in there with my sister ignored by the sales associate that seemed to be manager. My sister went out of her way to say hello but was ignored. Yet she was friendly to everyone else. The store was empty only a few people in. Was not greeted nor was helped. Then went to cash and she walked by looking at us and asked another associate to take us.This store will only greet and be polite to customers up to their "standards". Guess having tattoos and looking different you get treated different. Don't go into this store, very rude people.

I went to eclipse this afternoon as a last ditch effort to find a dress I may be comfortable in for an upcoming semi formal event. I really had no idea what to look for or what style of dress compliments me anymore since I haven’t had to dress up since high school, and I was put on new medication which has caused me to gain weight. Luckily for me one of the employees at eclipse (I didnt catch her name but now I wish I had) was so kind and helpful and picked out a dress for me and I tried it on and it fit me perfectly and made me feel beautiful for the first time in a long time.Thank you so much to that employee that helped me!!

My daughter has scoliosis, so hard to find clothes that fit nice. The lady was super helpful, didn't make her feel bad, made lots of suggestions and brought her different sizes.
