Recently, we dealt with Bill at the Kingston location for the purchase of a dining set. The service was impeccable. Bill was kind, friendly and very helpful. The set came in very quickly and is everything we wanted.
We had a very minor issue with one of our chairs. We went back and spoke with the general manager, Norman, who was very friendly and quick to help resolve the issue.

“Janelle and tina were amazing with my large order today. Janelle took the time to help me look for items and helped me for close to an hour and Tina was amazing with starting to ring through my large order and making sure my cold items were still cold as it took just over 2.5 hours to do this shop. Props to all the staff there as well for keeping the store well cleaned and organized.”
