They need an entire day to fix a tire puncture. It doesn’t make sense to leave the car that needs a 15-20 min job for a day.

Do not take your vehicle here they are major scammers. Went for a safety on our Jeep, they told us we needed three new front ball joints. Got the Carfax from an honest mechanic, just a year before D&D safeted it all four ball joints were done along with the control arms.
As well as them finding two ground straps slit partly with a box cutter. The dealership that sold us wouldn't have done this and this only leaves D&D as the culprits.

I really did appreciate them getting my car in to change out the battery and getting it done in a timely manner, however it was incredibly overpriced. So much so, that I feel like I was scammed. Can't say I'd recommend them for that reason alone.

We were visiting family in Canada and traveling back home to the states and our truck broke down. D&d helped us out so much. Best auto shop experience of my life. Didn’t charge us for a small repair and got it done quickly. Thank you!

My car broke down on a trip from Montreal to Toronto while driving on the 401. The furthest tow I could get was to Kingston. We found D&D - they are a CAA certified garage and the service was incredible! We were able to send an e-mail explaining my situation that night and received a response promptly reassuring us that we could leave the car on their lot, drop the key in the evening drop box and they would take a look in the morning. They looked at the car the earliest they could fit in their schedule because I was from out of town. They worked very hard to have it repaired and back on the road before they closed for the day. The service from the whole team form the office office, to mechanics to service desk was fantastic. I highly recommend their service.
Thanks to D&D for getting me home safely!

We were traveling and needed unexpected car repair. We sent a request after hours for an apointment and got a reply right away that D&D could squeeze us in first thing in the morning. Friendly office staff greeted us and the team did the work right away which allowed us and to attend a funeral without additional stress.
Thanks again for your timely, personal service.

I brought in my car to replace a cracked bumper cover that was on the verge of falling apart. My biggest concern was the price and time constraints. Initially, I was hoping they could just quickly patch it up, but it became clear upon inspection that I may as well fasten it with spit and chewing gum. I was prepared to spend an enormous amount of money to get it fixed.
D&D ordered a sleek new bumper cover for me, which arrived the next day. They had it installed and ready within just a couple of hours. A job that I thought would run me over $1000 only came to about $300 with parts and labour.
Considering big corporations [**cough*Midas*cough**] love to milk you for every dime you don't have, I was happy to see a job done so well, so quickly, and at such a good price.
I'll definitely be bringing my car to D&D in the future.

Last year I used their service for tires swap they said I have one missing wheel nut which Charles later found it in their shop and returned it to me. Today I used their service for tires swap and oil change, they charged extra $4 for new tire covers to replace existing new tire bags from last Oct unnecessarily. After much convincingly Robin reluctantly offered to remove the extra unwarranted charges. I told Robin keep it because I will not going back to D&D Auto Services again. Twice fooled but there won’t be the third time.

My son's car was towed here and they gave him an outrageous estimate to fix it, when it was picked up the next day they charged $150 for said estimate and refused to produce a printout. So I'm wondering what he actually paid for? If an estimate was done they should provide a breakdown of their charges, thats just common practice.

Incredible service when we were in a bind! Thanks Robin for making sure we were picked up safely from your shop.

Worst place to go for repairs, not just costly but also expensive and they somehow make work for themselves (create work by extending labor hours for an easy fix). Very rude and sometimes they don’t answer properly. I will never go here again.

Been a good customer for a few years but very disgruntled right now, extremely expensive to fix a simple seal on axel, not to mention they were going to fix and charge me for second seal that wasn’t even leaking! Also failed to identify that my wheel bearing was kaput and I’ve been driving it when it was not safe to do so. Highly Dangerous. Also, last year they put new tires on my vehicle, a brand I never heard of without asking or consulting with me first. No knowledge of the stats or performance/longevity details of them. With all the money I’ve given them over the years I wasn’t even worth a shuttle service downtown(which I did not know they offered) and I had to beg.I feel they are definitely not above board anymore, would never trust them with my chariot again.Eliza Pullen
