Very rude staff and they never answer the phone, they don't call you when your vehicle is ready to pick up. Their technicians are more friendly then the desk staff. I was six mins late for my tire appointment, I apologized and the dude behind the desk was very antagonistic.

Wish I had read previous reviews. First they ordered the wrong set of tires for our Ford 150 xlt 4x4 truck. We found this out from Ford dealership . They were the wrong load capacity and our sensors were letting us know. We returned to tell Costco and they accused us of not giving them the correct info..its was all spelt out on our receipt. The manager was so rude. Their computer system also was showing that these tires could be used on a Ford 150. Their system needs updating or correcting. The load capacity is on the tires and is too low for any half tonne! They were made for Suv or a car, not a truck!. They ended up reordering the correct tires. What a hassle! Do NOT go there for truck tires! The manager that we dealt with and guy at desk did NOT know their tires. Although the guys that do installation, do know. Two installers said later they knew we would be back!

First - be aware of the price of items in your local grocery store and your ability to consume all you purchase at Costco before it rots. Gas prices are always better at Costco than elsewhere. Go to the butcher and ask for a 10 pound chubb - this is a 10 pound bag of ground beef - it's a mix of all the beef they ground - it averages 92 to 96% lean. I generally do this in the summer when hamburgers on the grill are what's for dinner... a lot. Recently got a great rental car price - rented a Grand Cherokee for 5 days for just under $500 including tax - without it - it would have been over $700 before tax. Be a good consumer- do some leg work

I have aways been a fan of Costco but my recent tire service (Dec. 2023) resulted in the side wall of our tire being damaged. After several calls and coming back to show them, they refused to accept responsibility and said I did it. The damage is not major but the fact that they didn't point it out and denied it is the issue. My pics clearly show that it isn't road rash and was caused by installing or removing the tire. Several visits and hours to get this resolved and they deny responsibility. If you can't trust the place you bring your car, then you should bring it there. They have a problem, either machine or employee. But the issue is denying it and this damge will happen to more people's tires.

I am so grateful for James in the Kingston CostcoTire Department today. My husband noticed our tire when we came out from Costco. At first he thought we needed air so we drove to the garage door and asked if we could get air for the tire. James came to our car and took a look at the tire and there was a screw in it and it wouldn't hold air or be fixed. So he offered me a chair to sit on because I am disabled while he was going to take the car into the garage and put the spare tire on. His kindness will never be forgotten we really appreciate your help because we live north of Belleville and heaven knows when we would have got home. Costco service organization is truly example of service and amazing employees.Thank you so much.Mike and Barb Jones

I have been purchasing tires at Costco for many years. The prices are still quite competitive, but the selection is getting narrower and narrower each year. The staff and management (at least the ones I interacted with) couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. They lose points for using adhesive balancing weights on their tires, which are not durable and come off on their own. You get the minimum at this Costco location, don't expect anything more and you will be satisfied. I rather pay a bit more and have quality installation, where they pay attention to details (like checking and replacing TPMS sensors if needed).

It's like a usual Costco Warehouse. Members have access to reasonable prices and good quality. They have fresh meat, dairy product and fruits. You can always find great grocery deals here. The staff seem a bit on edge and not that helpful. The warehouse is clean and they are following all the COVID-19 safety protocols.

I spoke with tire dept on Nov 25th for quote. I was told I could easily order on line or come back in. Their quote was lower than any others. On sat Nov 28th @ 9.44 am I ordered 4 perialli winter tires on line. I expected a number of days to fill the order. I even booked an installation appt for Dec 9th. Then at 11:11am, same morning costco rep Nick called to ask if could come in @ 11:30 today...omg I was shocked. I just ordered them !! Thn next min I received email to confirm they were using stock already @ costco!I was able to be there by noon...wow very Impressed! Hour later I drove my car home. Thank you Nick & your staff for the prompt service. Also I'm so happy with the perelli tires...I was looking for good quality tire, reasonable price and most of all I wanted ""quiet"" tires...I got all three !!Highly recommend costco for service! Recommend perilli winter tires too!!Thank youC.A

Unfortunately, after months of waiting for the right tires to come in, discovering they are no longer available, purchasing another set of tires that weren't ideal, having those installed only to find they rub against the wheelwell, my pursuit of purchasing tires at the Kingston Costco tire Centre has come to a disappointing end (much like this run on sentence).Nick is a good tire tech and a great guy. He tried. The team tried. But I'm not sure Costco is the best place for tire servicing and as a result won't be having any car servicing done here.

Guy at the desk talks non-stop and fast with "I'm so knowledge BS" to make you think he knows what he's talking about. I went in to get a plug for my tire where a nail went in. He tried to sell me two brand new tires that weren't the same make as on my vehicle. I got the plug put in at a reputable business. Will never go back. Lousy customer service all around!
