I've never been treated worse as a customer....after returning a faulty pair of shoes, (couldn't fit a Dr. Scholl's in, let alone my custom orthotic, that arrived AFTER I got the shoes, as per requested by the professional who designed them) and not offered a bigger size, but given a refund and a whole lotta FACE, I searched for shoes to fit my insoles. I wanted P&F brand, only available here. I went back with my insoles, and was given a look of pure disgust when I opened the door. The lady (assuming she's the owner, cuz she took that return VERY PERSONALLY) looked at me with a sneer and asked what I wanted. I smiled and said, "I have my insoles. I need to find shoes to fit them." She glared THROUGH ME, and said "your other ones are still in the back. Waiting to go to the DUMPSTER!"
She didn't even get up from the bench she was sitting on when I arrived. I'll never go back there. For ANYTHING.
However, I highly recommend Mr. Safety Shoes for amazing customer service!

I went in today to buy a pair of boots and right away I was hit with the worst smell. I was wondering what it was, but then a intact male cat came from the backroom. I even noticed that they had a cat tree out front for it in the window. Honestly, I would never buy anything here. What hasn't that cat peed on? the whole place smells like it pissed all over it. I bought my boots elsewhere and will not be back.

Have been buying my work boots from here for 11 years. Great staff and selection. Very knowledgeable with how each type of boot is and make recommendations which would best fit the job.
