Two gold chains repaired. Nothing complicated. Happy with the repairs. 5 stars for very professional staff who made local drop off & pick up easy and seamless. Fast turnover time. Cost $40 each (which is on the high end of things, usual cost of chain repair is $20-30); these days everything costs more, so not unexpected. Will come back for more jewelry repairs for sure.

I've just had 2 pendants repaired, one had the stone reset and the other the facets tightened. It was finished the next day! Excellent customer service highly recommend!.

The level of craftsmanship is top notch, which is why I came here to begin with. But the experience you get trying to have something custom made is extremely poor. You are essentially going in blind as it is impossible to get any definitive information on your piece (i.e price, timeframe, if there are complications, if revisions need to be made, etc), and the jeweller will take creative liberties without consulting you prior should she herself not like it. She blindly makes commitments and does not keep them, and the staff can only make poor excuses for her when that happens. After 5 months of what felt like pulling teeth, I had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. Not impressed, would not recommend.

This might be long but I just wanted to share my amazing experience. My mom had to have her wedding rings cut off due to an allergic reaction. She took them to a few different jewellers (in a different city) and was quoted astronomical prices... in the realm of $400 - $600, and multiple weeks repair time. They've been sitting in her jewelry box for over 3 years because she didn't want to pay that much, understandably so. I decided that for her 60th birthday I would see about getting them fixed. I took them to Cobico and was quoted less than half of what she had been, and was told the repair time would be a few days at most. They were not kidding! I took them in on a Saturday and got a call back on a Wednesday! The rings are perfect, the service was wonderful and my mom is so happy to have her rings back. It makes me sad to know that she had to wait so long because some other jewellers seem to be more interested in making money than making people happy! Thank you Cobico, you've just gained a lifelong customer!

I recently inherited a ring from a dear friend and had it resized and cleaned at Cobico. Excellent work as far as I can tell. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that my ring was ready early. Now, I wear this precious gift and honour my friend everyday.

I recently lost my grandmother and inherited her engagement ring/wedding band (it needed to be re-shanked as the band had worn so thin from over 55 years of being worn). I brought my grandmother’s engagement ring/ wedding band to be repaired on the recommendation of many friends and I could not be more in love and happy to have her back on my hand and perfectly repaired.A massive thank you to Cobico Jewellers for fixing her up for me & handling her with such love & care! Big shout out to Terry, Karen & Jenn for their kindness and care that they put into my ring.(Gold ring on pointer finger was the ring repaired)
