“So normally we shop here for some of my partners clothes and we as a rule have been met with mediocre help of any. Most times at this location it's like pulling teeth to find things or get assistance. On the rare occasion we do though.Today is the exception to the rule and Zoe was a wealth of knowledge, friendliness and was absolutely the best employee they've ever had at any of the stores we've visited from Toronto to Ottawa. We both were super impressed and would highly recommend seeking out this gem if you're ever there. She knew where almost everything was and quickly found the one style we were looking for despite not have worked in a bit.To Zoe. Thank you so much for your kind and patient help. “Upon multiple visits to the store now selection and prices are usually very good. Some staff members I have seen a couple times a mind they always ask to help, probably the managers. Others dont as much. Unless you ask them for something, then they are usually happy to help. Overall the store is great for casual and athletic clothing. This is a store that NEEDS a location in Belleville!”

“The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I recently had to get fitted for a suit at RW & Co in their Kingston location inside the Cataraqui Mall. after not wearing one in over a decade. With an important interview just two days away, I was anxious about finding something that would fit well on such short notice, not to mention my concerns about the cost.
From the moment I walked in, Shirley, a customer service associate, approached me as I browsed the navy suits. I explained my situation and that I had no idea what my measurements were. Without hesitation, she immediately sized me up for a jacket, and unbelievably, the first one she picked out fit me perfectly. She did the same with the pants and a button-down shirt. In less than five minutes, I was fitted in the best suit I’ve ever owned.
Shirley was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and encouraging about my upcoming interview. To top it off, she applied multiple discounts, bringing my bill down by nearly half.

“I bought a fabulous black leather short jacket, which feels like it was made for me. My girlfriend purchased the same style, but in a flattering brown colour.
Our salesperson, greeted us in a very polite and positive manner. She explained to each of us the details of the discounts for that day.
She was most helpful when we were checking out our items. She walked us through the steps to do on our phones, to ensure we got a discount on our next visit to the store. I have never had an unpleasant shopping experience at this particular store.”
