Staff have always been friendly. I'm an Uber driver and this is a convenient/quick location to grab a snack, water or Gatorade while I'm out as it's downtown. Biggest problem is the cleanliness or lack there of. Soon as you walk in you're hit with an overwhelming smell of spoiled dairy product(s). FYI, why I wouldn't purchase any dairy products there. Only reason they get 3 stars from me.

There is a rude cashier that refused to accept a $10 bill with a tiny tear in it (see attached). The note was fully intact and legible, all serial numbers clearly visible. I know it seems petty but I was then also refused a receipt as I was told the printer was "not working" right after the fella in front of me was leaving with his receipt and goods in hand. They should really be trained about legal currency requirements AND proper customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter went to buy me a coffee. When she asked where the lids and milk/cream/sugar are, she was told she had to buy an entire jug of milk and a bag of sugar. She felt like since she had already poured the coffee, she had to buy it. So she walked out on the verge of tears with a black coffee with no lid. The people who run this place are ignorant and rude.

I highly recommend shopping elsewhere, they do not appreciate their customers, in fact they give their customers attitude when they ask about an unexpected price increase and make you feel very uncomfortable.

I've been going to this place since I moved to Kingston 8 months ago pretty consistently and the service has varied from okay to excellent depending on who's working. Today when I went in at 5pm to buy a large quantity of things the man working was extremely rude and disrespectful to me to the point I think I will be going somewhere further from now on
