I ended up calling last minute at about 2:30pm today to see if there was an available spot, and they squeezed me in same day at 5pm.They were mobile and came to me and had their own water supply and everything they needed!I want to say thank you for making my car look and smell BRAND NEW!!! Being new to the Kingston area it's nice to have a service that comes to your house and making sure at the end I loved everything!Will definitely be using them again!

Usually I am happy with the service here. Today I was not. I spent $100 at Christmas on gift cards and was given a "free car wash" I went to use it today only to realize that it was expired and only good for one month. Very disappointing. When I addressed my concern with the manager, he was quite kirt and rude about it. It was expired, but I was not impressed with the customer service and the reaction to my concern.

I'll tell you the story, and I'll let you be the judge; we arrived at 3 o'clock on a Sunday, 17th September 2023. We asked to have the VIP car wash because our son was sick in the backseat. We asked if they could steam clean the seats; that was an additional $70 and about $192.00 in total. We cleaned most of our belongings in the backseat except for a few tools and a work belt. Believing common sense would prevail, the remaining items were not garbage. One of the cleaners came over and said, " Sir, can you take your garbage out of the front of the seat?" I stated, "Well, After paying $192 I'm sure you can throw away a couple of cups, he spoke to the manager/Owner. The owner comes over and says did you want us to take the garbage out? I said yes, please! They removed the carpet with all our belongings and threw it in the trash. Stuff by common sense is not garbage, some tools and toolbelt. The owner started screaming at the top of his lungs, screaming at a Client( I was of course, understandably upset); of course, was understandably upset if you can believe it. Neo the owner gets so mad that he says I'm not doing the job told the guys to stop. I will give you a full refund. Orders me to give them the receipt and try to charge me for the car wash after he said he would refund us the full amount. My wife stated to him she was going to call the police. only then did he come to his senses, and provide the full refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had in service in my entire life so you be the judge you do you want to bring your business here.

Great touch car wash! What's nice about this car wash is that you don't need to prebook appointments to get in. You can get in when you want.

I took my car in for a full detail on Sunday. Took 4 hours, and they never even called me. I had to call to find out if it was done yet. I go pick it up, drive it home, park it, don't drive it again until yesterday. When I get in I automatically notice a crack on the area surrounding the stereo. Myself and my friend take it to Aqua to ask about it. They refuse to take any accountability for it. Refuse to even look into it. They said they had pictures of it after the detailing was done but then when asked for said pictures they said they didn't have them. Refused to provide us with a business card or name. Will never go go Aqua again!

Bad. Really bad. An hour that turned into 90 minutes. Missed several spots, barely made a dent in the dog hair, screwed up my radio. And also expensive. Avoid.
